8A Unit1 Friendship Integration (A-C)(教学设计) I. Teaching Objectives Knowledge Objectives Students can understand the story “Two friends and the bean” and extract its moral. Students can master key information from listening materials (B1, B2) about making friends. Ability Objectives Improve reading comprehension skills through analyzing the story. Enhance listening skills by capturing key details. Develop discussion skills to share views on friendship. Emotional Objectives Help students recognize the value of true friendship. Encourage students to actively make and maintain friendships. II. Teaching Key Points & Difficult Points Key Points Understand the story content and its moral. Complete listening tasks accurately by grasping key information. Difficult Points Deeply interpret the moral of the story and relate it to real - life. Use effective listening strategies to deal with different types of information. III. Teaching Procedures 1. Lead - in (5 minutes) Activity: Show some pictures of friends’ interactions (e.g., studying together, playing sports). Ask students to describe what they see and share their own friendship experiences briefly. Purpose: Arouse students’ interest in the topic and activate their prior knowledge about friendship. 2. Reading the Story (10 minutes) Reading Task: Let students read “Two friends and the bean” silently. Comprehension Questions: Ask students to answer questions 1 and 2: “What did the two friends do when they saw the bear?” and “What can you learn from the story?”. Have a class discussion: “Do you think the friend on the ground was really safe? What would you do in such a situation?”.
