Step 3 Work on Activity 1 and 2 1.Play the conversation for the first time.Ask students to listen carefully and choose the main idea of the conversation. 2.Check the answer and play the conversation again.This time，ask students to complete the students’ thoughts about the roller coaster and choose the correct feelings. Step 4 Work on Activity 3 1.Ask students to listen and complete the notes about Paul’s worries and Ms Thomson’s suggestions. 2.Check the answers and listen again and talk about how the teacher offers comfort.
