[题型概述]
读后续写是随着我国高考改革由教育
部考试中心打造的英语高考新题型,2016
年10月在浙江省首次使用。该题型通过
读写结合,检测学生的英语书面语言理解

与表达能力。要求学生能够梳理故事的文
体结构、分析故事的发展线索、想象故事发
展的情节以及续写故事的发展和结局。
读后续写考题提供一段350词以内的
语言材料,要求考生依据该材料内容和所
给段落开头语进行续写(150词左右),将其
发展成一篇与给定材料有逻辑衔接、情节
和结构完整的短文。从试题结构看,读后
续写检测的是书面理解能力和书面表达能
力。因此,在写作之前,首先要读懂文本,
理清故事情节,然后构思故事的发展和
结局。
[命题特点]
该题型一方面考查学生对所学语言的
实际运用能力,另一方面也培养学生的发
散思维能力。
读后续写不是随心所欲地写,而是根
据题目要求,在读懂原文的基础上,利用原
文的素材、线索和情节等充分发挥想象力
和创造力来续写。
通过对试题的分析,我们可以得出读
后续写的四大命题特点:
[评分原则]
1.本题总分为25分,按七个档次进行
评分。
2.评分时,应主要从内容、词汇语法和篇章
结构三个方面考虑,具体为:
(1)续写内容的质量、完整性以及与原文
情境的融洽度。
(2)所使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰
当性和多样性。
(3)上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性。
3.评分时,应先根据作答的整体情况确定
其所属的档次,然后以该档次的要求来
综合衡量,确定或调整档次,最后给分。
4.评分时还应注意:
(1)词数少于120的,酌情扣分;

[写作步骤]
第一步 精读短文,掌握关键信息。通过
精读短文,明确故事人物关系,理清故事主
要事件,并找到该篇短文的写作线索,如是
以时间为线索还是以空间为线索等,这样
有利于考生“顺藤摸瓜(结尾)”。
第二步 根据已知,构思续写思路。根据
短文后面的要求,再次快速回读短文,分析
并发展短文的情景,结合续写段段首的开
头语展开合理想象,最终确定续写段落的
思路和内容。
第三步 结合情景,添加具体细节。考生
要特别注意描写的丰富性。可通过对人物
动作、语言、心理活动、表情和环境等细节
的描写来丰富内容,增强叙述的画面感。
第四步 拟写草稿,修改错词病句。拟写
时,注意句子结构的多样性,语言的丰富
性,并通过正确使用句与句之间的连接词,
使上下文连贯。
第五步 润色成篇,规范誊写文章。最后
注意往答题纸上誊写时,务必做到字迹工
整、清晰。

技法一 如何利用文本特征 读出有效信息
读后续写以记叙文为主,记叙文是以记
人、叙事、写景、状物为主,以写人物的经历和
事物发展变化为主要内容的一种文体形式。
要写好续写文章,理解文本是第一步。对于记
叙文阅读,要注意以下几个方面。
1.抓住记叙文的六要素
即人物、时间、地点、事件的起因、经过
和结果,读后续写所提供的文本除了结果
这一要素之外,把其余五个要素叙述得清
清楚楚。因此阅读文本时要紧扣这五个
要素。

2.掌握记叙文的三大线索
即时间线、情节线和感情线。阅读文
本时要抓住这三条主线。必要时可以列出
这些线索,以更好地理解文章,为续写做好
准备。只有对原文的脉络线索和段落结构
有正确的和深刻的理解,续写的内容才能
和原文骨肉相连,契合紧密。
3.把握文章主旨及故事的发展方向
这一点至关重要。只有把握了文章的
主旨意图,才能很好地完成续写。确保续
写的内容和原文要有逻辑上的一致性,并
能回应原文的信息。
4.分析文章的用词特点和行文风格
以使续写的内容在语言色彩上和行文
风格上与所给文章保持一致。
技法二 如何利用所给信息 推测后续
情节
做读后续写时,对所给文本后面的故
事情节及故事结尾的推断是写好读后续写
的前提。高考所给的读后续写形式是半开
放性的,这种形式既可以让考生充分发挥
想象力,又能让考生有章可循。考生在推
测后续情节时一般根据两个方面:第一是
所给文章的情节,特别是伏笔之处;第二是
所给每段的首句。
1.根据文章的情节和伏笔进行预测。
读后续写所给的文章的情节一般较为曲
折,因此要把握故事情节,尤其注意所给文
章结尾处的伏笔。
2.利用所给每段的首句进行预测。所
给第一段的首句既能承接上文,也是本段
的起始句,由第二段的首句可以推测第一
段的结尾。
技法三 如何创造续写故事的高潮
故事中的高潮(climax)是指故事达到
最紧张或扣人心弦的那一部分。高潮有时
候是剧情中的“危机”点。有时候,它只是
达到了关键时刻或者转折点,发生了一些
事情,或者主角必须做出决定,从而导致一
个结果或其他。
我们在分析叙事类故事或
者小说故事的时候常常用下面的图表来表
示故事情节。

1.善用连续的动作描写,形成动作链
读后续写的写作过程中,成功的动作
描写,可以交代人物的身份、地位,可以反
映人物心理活动的进程,可以表现人物的
性格特征。相反,空洞、笼统的描写会使内
容缺乏生动性,使人物形象不丰满。人物
的动作或简单,或复杂,都不是一下子就能
完成的,细心观察都能捕捉到最能体现人
物特征的慢镜头。因此,在描写动作时,同
学们要学会细化动作,把动作过程分解成
一连串细微的动作,形成动作链,写出动作
的连贯性,这样才能使描写具有画面感,使
人物更立体。

2.善用丰富生动的描写来体现情感和
渲染气氛
(1)人物情感描写
人物情感描写是对人物在特定环境下
产生的想法、感触、联想等心理活动的描
写,旨在深刻地揭示人物的精神世界。在

读后续写中,描写人物的情感是常用的描
写方法,恰当的情感描写能够表现文中人
物的性格,推动事件的发展。在描述人物
情感时,要突出文章的中心,与人物的性格
吻合,符合事件发展的逻辑。要选用恰当
的词句通过情感描写精确地刻画人物的内
心世界。
(2)场所环境描写
环境描写是指对人物所处的具体的社
会环境和自然环境的描写。其中,社会环
境是指能反映社会、时代特征的建筑、场
所、陈设等景物以及民俗民风等。自然环
境是指自然界的景物,如季节变化、风霜雨
雪、山川湖海、森林原野等。在进行读后续
写时,要着重事件发生的地理位置和天气
变化等。
