There were several trees behind our building, right away, I noticed the sad-looking maple tree. Its branches were mostly bare (光秃的), with only one red leaf 2 a little in the cool autumn wind. It seemed to be holding on to life. Every single afternoon, I 3 set up my painting stand and got my drawing book ready. I really wanted to draw all the small changes of that leaf. Day by day, I saw its 4 red color slowly become lighter. The sides of the leaf started to curl, showing it was dying. On the twelfth day, a big rainstorm hit the city. Worried, I ran to check on “my” tree. I was so 5 when I saw the leaf was gone. I almost gave up on the project. But just as I was about to leave, I saw something truly great. Three tiny buds (芽) had grown where the old leaf used to be. They were small and weak, but they still brought 6 . Mr. Donovan, the kind park gardener, saw my surprised look. “Leaves don’t really die, 7 , they fall to feed the earth, so new life may rise when spring comes,” he said softly and put an acorn (橡子) in my hand. I saw its rough bark (树皮) give a home to many insects, and 9 squirrels ran around, hiding nuts under the tree. When spring came, I saw a beautiful sight. New leaves grew on the maple tree and from the acorn I planted. This experience taught me an important lesson. Years later, when I 10 the national science competition, I thought of the tree. It made me realize that true strength lies in rising after every fall, just like the maple tree. 1.A.modern B.public C.special D.difficult 2.A.nodding B.shaking C.dancing D.spinning 3.A.easily B.simply C.properly D.carefully 4.A.pale B.soft C.pretty D.bright 5.A.sad B.afraid C.amazed D.excited 6.A.joy B.power C.hope D.truth 7.A.however B.moreover C.otherwise D.instead 8.A.part B.rest C.start D.middle 9.A.how B.why C.when D.where 10.A.held B.faced C.cancelled D.failed 【答案】 1.C 2.B 3.D 4.D 5.A 6.C 7.D 8.B 9.A 10.D 【导语】本文讲述了作者13岁时观察枫树的经历。 根据“only one red leaf...a little in the cool autumn wind”可知,只有一片红叶在凉爽的秋风中摇曳。故选B。 3. 根据下文“I really wanted to draw all the small changes of that leaf.” 根据“I saw its...red color slowly become lighter”可知,作者观察到这片树叶的颜色由鲜红色慢慢变浅。故选D。 5. 根据“I almost gave up on the project.” 故选A。 6. 根据“Leaves don’t really die...they fall to feed the earth, so new life may rise when spring comes”可知,此处表示“树叶并没有真的死去,相反,它们落下来滋养大地”。故选D。 8. 根据“I spent the...of the season writing down all the interesting things about the tree.” how如何;why为什么;when什么时候;where在哪里。根据“I saw its rough bark (树皮) give a home to many insects, and...squirrels ran around, hiding nuts under the tree.” 故选A。 10. 根据下文“It made me realize that true strength lies in rising after every fall, just like the maple tree.” 7:3. Competing in the Hip-Hop adult category at the Juste Debout 2025 World Finals in Paris on March 3, 2025, the team defeated two top international pairs to reach the semifinals—marking the best performance ever by a Chinese team in the competition’s history. The two dancers showed the spirit of Chinese martial arts in their performance. They started with a polite fist-and-palm salute, then amazed everyone with a street dance mixed with kung fu moves like Phoenix Three Nods, Drunken Fist, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, and Shaolin spinning kicks. Their moves were sharp and smooth, lighting up the stage—and the best part? They designed the whole moves themselves! All the achievements came from their years of hard work. Fu Junxi began learning street dance at the age of five and a half, while Song Haoming started practicing as early as three. Their smooth teamwork on stage rises from years of dance training. In Song Haoming’s home, the living room is filled with his dance awards. His mom shared that whenever schoolwork isn’t too heavy, he practices nonstop—even repeating a single move hundreds of times. Bruised knees? Normal. To him, “Dancing is tiring but brings joy.” He pushes himself to improve every day, never ignoring details. As for Fu Junxi, he turned his 6 square metres dining room into a dance studio. Every night, he practices for more than two hours in front of a mirror. Though he once felt like quitting, his parents’ support kept him going. Now, after 7 years, dance is his “happy childhood.” Juste Debout (a famous dance competition) praised them online: “These fearless young dancers from China conquered the stage with unstoppable energy!” When the young dancers cheered on the Paris stage wrapped in China’s national flag, it showed the world the energy and creativity of Chinese culture shining brightly. Now that the competition has ended, both children have returned to school and normal studies. Yet their creative journey continues, as they plan to mix China’s intangible cultural heritage-including lion dance, bian lian (face-changing), and traditional opera-with street dance. Though just in their early teens, they embrace both challenges and high expectations for what lies ahead. 1.What’s special about Song and Fu’s performance at the Juste Debout 2025 Finals? No one wanted to go to the attic (阁楼) in Legree’s house because everyone thought it was full of ghosts and Legree was afraid of ghosts. Cassy’s room was under it. One day, Cassy moved all her furniture to a room very far from it. When Legree asked why, she replied, “I can’t sleep. There were noises in the attic, every night, from midnight until the morning.” “Noises in the attic?” said Legree, worried, “Who is up there?” “I don’t know,” said Cassy and she went to her room. He seems to prefer having the students learn science in a more do—it—yourself way. “Today,” said Mr. Hussey, “everyone will be making an icebox!” In groups of two, we would design a box that can keep things at a temperature for a certain period of time. We could use any materials we wanted and build the box any way we liked. To check our work, there would be a competition the next week. Every group would receive a piece of ice and put it in the icebox. The group that had the biggest piece left the next day would win! As always, I partnered with my best friend, Vlad. That afternoon we went straight to the library and looked through some books. After a discussion, we decided to put ice in a small box, and then put that small box inside a bigger one. Between the two boxes would be the heat insulator And Vlad insisted that styrofoam (泡沫塑料) would make a good insulator. Then our first design was made: a small styrofoam box inside a larger one. Building the device (装置) was much harder than we thought. I couldn’t believe how hard it could be to cut a straight line through a piece of styrofoam! As a result, there were always gaps (豁口) when I tried to put the pieces together. After hours of hard work, our icebox was finally siting on the table waiting for the glue to dry, though with cracks (缝隙) on each side. The first test of the icebox was not satisfying. I carefully picked out a big piece of ice and placed it inside the icebox. When I woke up unusually early the next morning and looked into the icebox, there wasn’t any ice left. “What do you think?” I asked Vlad. “Let’s start again.” He said. 1.What do we know about the science homework? A.Students should do the homework on their own. B.Students must use materials given by Mr. Hussey. C.The homework should be finished before next month. D.The winner will be the group with the biggest ice left. 2.Which of the following pictures may be the icebox they made? A. B. C. D. 3.What difficulty did they meet while building the device? A.Finding the suitable material. B.Cutting through the styrofoam. C.Waiting for the glue to dry. D.Putting the ice into the box. 4.What would probably happen later? A.They gave up on the project. B.They created a second icebox. C.They kept using the first icebox. D.They borrowed a better icebox. 根据“The group that had the biggest piece left the next day would win!” 根据“we decided to put ice in a small box, and then put that small box inside a bigger one. Most of us would say, “Yes!” But why do we find them cute? About 100 years ago, scientists listed the cute features of human babies. These included a large head, round cheeks, big eyes and more. Many baby animals have similar features. When we see a cute baby or animal, our brain produces some special chemicals. These chemicals make us feel happy. Besides, our brain creates the “cute response (可爱回应).” This feeling makes us want to protect the baby or animal. In 2009, scientists in the U.S. did a study. They asked 122 young people to rate (评分) the cuteness of human babies. What did the scientists find? Well, the cuter these people rated the baby, the more they wanted to care for that baby. However, not everyone feels cuteness in the same way. In another study, scientists used computers to create some pictures of baby faces. These babies looked similar but had small differences in their features. The scientists then showed these pictures to a group of people. Who could better find out the differences? Well, women did a little better than men. And women between the ages of 19 and 26 did the best. Interestingly, when we see a really cute baby or animal, we may want to squeeze (挤压) or bite it. This is called “cuteness aggression (可爱侵略性).” Do we want to hurt the baby or animal? Not at all! In fact, our brain doesn’t want our cute response to be too strong. As a result, it creates the feeling of aggression to try to fit in. 1.Which of the following babies may be the cutest baby according to the passage? A.A baby with a large head, small eyes and a big nose. B.A baby with a large head, big eyes, square cheeks and long legs. C.A baby with big eyes, a small head and straight hair. D.A baby with a large head, round cheeks, big eyes and a small mouth. 2.Which statement is TRUE according to the article? A.All people have the same feeling when it comes to cuteness. B.Our brain creates chemicals that make us happy when we see cute things. C.Men always notice small differences in baby faces better than women. D.To study more, scientists used a computer to make some quite different baby faces. 3.What is the relationship between the “cute response” and “cuteness aggression”? A.There is no connection at all. B.Aggression is the brain’s way of balancing the cute response. C.They happen in different parts of the brain. D.Only humans experience cute response while animals show aggression. 4.Which is the best title for the passage? The earliest chopsticks were discovered in Henan China about 1200 BCE. Over the next 2,000 years, they spread throughout East and Southeast Asia. The three most well-known types are Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. Chinese chopsticks are longer with wide, rounded points at the end, mostly made of plastic or bamboo. While Japanese chopsticks are shorter and more pointed. Korean ones are flat rather than round and made of metal rather than wood. It’s said that ancient Royalty (皇室) used silver chopsticks to see if their food was poisoned (有毒的). In Southeast Asia, Vietnamese chopsticks are similar to Chinese ones. Chopsticks are not just eating tools. A proper chopstick grip (握法) can greatly improve dining experience. First, place the top part of two sticks between your thumb and index finger. Hold the upper chopstick gently with your first three fingers while resting the lower one at your ring finger. Meanwhile, put your thumb at the side of your index-finger nail. The upper stick is moved up and down with the movements of the index finger and middle finger. This way, pieces of food can be easily grasped between the tips of the chopsticks. ________ The first rule is to grab and not stab (刺入) food with the tip of your chopsticks. Second, don’t set chopsticks vertically (垂直的) into the rice in your bowl. In some cultures, such positioning of chopsticks is considered as a symbol associated with death. Third, watch where you point your chopsticks. It’s rude to point them directly at others. Following the guidelines above, you not only show respect for the cultural traditions about chopsticks, but also enrich your overall dining experience. 1.We can learn about the ________ of chopsticks in Paragraph 2. ① ② ③ ④ ⑤ features discovery materials types sales A.①②③ B.③④⑤ C.①③④ D.①②⑤ 2.Which of the following pictures describes the proper chopstick grip? Have you ever experienced such moments? Embarrassment is a feeling that can make you laugh, cry and want to hide forever. Falling over in a shop or accidentally calling your teacher “Mum” might feel like the end of the world. But not everyone thinks it’s a big deal. What feels terrible to one person might be easily laughed off by another. Whatever you are feeling embarrassed about, remember that it’s natural to feel this way. Scientists believe embarrassment is a way of teaching us not to repeat mistakes. You feel embarrassed because you care too much about what other people think of you. Even if you think everyone saw you with cream on your face, studies show that fewer people notice than you think. Embarrassment can’t be avoided in our life, so why not learn some tips for dealing with it? ◆Try making a joke out of it. If something isn’t very serious, a joke may help. For example, you are listening to music so carefully that you walk into the wall. What to do? Say like “The wall is truly harder than my head!” Laughter can show people that there’s nothing to worry about. ◆Talk to a person you trust. Well not all of them. Scientists in England have built a kind of small robots that get their energy from dead flies, bad apples, or sugar. One robot, called Slugbot, was even designed to hunt garden slugs for dinner! What’s up with all that food? Well, scientists at the Bristol Robotics Laboratory want to invent robots that can operate for a long time in dark, dirty, or dangerous places. Many of those spots, like the seafloor or Antarctica, don’t have electrical sockets (插座). So inventor Chris Melhuish came up with a better idea: Build robots that get their energy just like animals do by hunting and eating food from their environment. One robot, called Ecobot Ⅱ, could run for 12 days on a diet of eight flies! Of course, it’d still get a lot more power from one AA battery, though. Melhuish says his team is now working on a new and improved robot, called Ecobot Ⅱ, which will have a better digestion (消化) system. It seems that after an eight-fly dinner, Ecobot Ⅱ couldn’t deal with the leftover (剩下的) “waste”. Maybe restrooms in the future will have signs for boys, girls, and robots. 1.An ordinary robot usually ________ . A.gets its energy from sugar B.depends on batteries to work C.can get food for itself D.can work a few minutes without energy 2.From the passage, we can infer that a slug ________ . B.Robots that can work in dangerous places. C.Robots that can get energy for themselves. D.Robots that can be very small. 4.What does the passage mainly tell us? A.Robots are hard things to invent. B.Robots in the future need to eat food like humans. C.Robots in the future need more batteries to keep working. D.Scientists are working to improve robots. 【答案】1.B 2.A 3.C 4.D 【导语】本文主要讲述了科学家们正在研制的一种新型机器人,这种机器人能自己获取能量来维持运转。 1.细节理解题。根据“Robots are supposed to run on batteries”可知,普通的机器人一般靠电池来工作。故选B。 2.推理判断题。根据“from dead flies”以及“hunt garden slugs”可知,a slug是一种昆虫。故选A。 3.细节理解题。根据“So inventor Chris Melhuish came up with a better idea: Build robots that get their energy just like animals do by hunting and eating food from their environment.”可知,Chris Melhuish想要一种能自己获取能量的机器人。故选C。 4.主旨大意题。本文通过对新型机器人的介绍及科学家们的设想,让我们了解到了科学家们正在努力改进机器人。故选D。 押题猜想五 信息还原 Your phone isn’t just for playing games or talking to friends, it can be a powerful tool to help you learn, create, and grow! They will sell tickets to their friends. All their friends come and are dressed in red - including red noses. If they don’t wear red, they have to pay a fine. The ticket fee and fines will be donated t6Comic Relief. People can buy a red nose at supermarkets, and part of the money goes to Comic Relief as well. Voltaire once wrote: “Poetry (诗歌) is the music of the soul, and, above all, of great and feeling souls.” What would he say then about the news that, in a recent study, people couldn’t tell the difference between AI-generated (AI生成) poems and real ones written by some of history’s greatest poets? What if he also learned that people actually (实际上) preferred the AI-generated poems? Would he think that computers have souls? A new study in the US asked 1, 634 people to read ten poems. Five were poems written by a famous poet. The poets included Geoffrey Chaucer, William Shakespeare, Emily Dickinson, T. S. Eliot and Sylvia Plath. The other five poems were written by ChatGPT 3. 5 in the style of the same poet. The readers were asked which were written by AI and which were written by humans. Most of the people thought the AI creations were the human ones. In fact, the five poems thought least likely to be written by a human were all written by actual humans. The researchers then asked 696 people to rate (划分等级) the poems based on qualities such as their beauty, feeling and rhythm. The people who didn’t know which poems were human and which were AI preferred the AI poetry. The researchers published the final finding—people found the AI poems more “easy” and “understandable”. AI may be able to create poems we prefer, but it seems that it might not be able to create advertisements. Coca-Cola recently showed its newest Christmas advertisement. They recreated the classic scene with people smiling as Coca-Cola truck passed by. But this time, it’s all been made by AI. The new advertisements have led to an online discussion with people calling them “scared”, “lifeless” and “sad”. However, others say that the AI advertisements are a “game-changer”. The idea of “gap days” has appeared on social media platforms recently. Unlike a gap year, a gap day means a really short period of relaxation and running away from everyday busy work. Apart from gap days, other similar expressions have made a hit on the Internet, like “city walk”, “dazi (activity partner)” and so on. Some people think that these kinds of new phrases are what people need. “For example, people used to use ‘taking a walk’, but now ‘city walk’ is the positive expression of it.” said Zhou Yaokai, “It’s the same with ‘gap day’. Instead of ‘lying flat’, people are actively trying to balance their stress and life, which is a good way.” Others disagree, however, and think that it’s simply just a kind of “sugaring up” (粉饰), meeting one’s need for showing off. She accidentally broke my favorite pen, and I shouted at her in front of the whole class. Though I apologized immediately, she avoided me for days. My words had deeply hurt her pride, and a simple “sorry” couldn’t erase the public embarrassment I caused. Later, I realized words alone weren’t enough. I wrote her a heartfelt letter, explaining my regret and promising to be more thoughtful. I also helped her with math homework she struggled with. Gradually, she forgave me. This taught me that true apologies need actions, not just words. Some wounds take time and effort to heal. Our science class was always full of fun things to do, but this project was different. A.They designed Tai Chi on their own. B.They showed smooth moves on the stage. C.They used storm scenes in their street dance. D.They mixed Chinese martial arts with moves. 2.How did the two dancers achieve their smooth teamwork on stage? A.With the help of a professional designer. B.Through years of dance training and practice. C.By learning from famous international dancers. D.By attending the same school and practicing together daily. 3.What does the text show about Fu’s practice? A.He prefers outdoor practice spaces. B.He trains alone with skilled coaches. C.He dances on weekends to focus on schoolwork. D.He practices in his dance studio for over two hours nightly. 4.According to the text, what future plans do the dancers have? A.To show traditional Chinese cultural elements. B.To become dance judges instead of performers. C.To stop dancing and return to their school lives. D.To compete only in national-level competitions. Cassy made a plan for her and Emmeline. Then he left. But Tom was not dead. Cassy and Emmeline stayed in the at tic for days, until Legree stopped looking for them. Then one night they got out again and nobody followed them. They were free. Two days later, a young man arrived. He was George Shelby. When he received the letter from Miss Ophelia, he went looking for Tom to buy him back, but it took a long time to find him. Legree took George to see Tom. Tom was lying on the floor, waiting to die. When George saw him, he felt sick. “Uncle Tom, my poor, poor friend!” Tom opened his eyes. “Master George! You remembered me! It’s going well,” said Tom and then he closed his eyes forever. When George turned, Legree was standing behind him. “Who cares about a dead slave!” said Legree. He catches the White Snake and locks her in Leifeng Pagoda. Feng’s story teaches people not to care too much about money. ④ In the Qing Dynasty, a writer called Fang Chengpei broke with tradition. He stressed (强调) the White Snake’s purity and love, and turned Fahai into a cold-hearted character, trying to stop their unnatural love. In his story, the White Snake risked her life to save her husband, Xu Xuan, by bravely fighting Fahai. However, Xu Xuan remains selfish and weak, only caring about himself. ⑤ In the past century, calls for freedom in marriage made the story different. In the 1950s, Tian Han made lady White Snake a symbol of love and free will. Xu Xuan, now named Xu Xian, becomes a better character. Touched by lady White Snake’s bravery, Xu Xian grows into a devoted and loving husband. Fahai, however, is described as a heartless controller, always keeping to unreasonable rules. The story tells that love is stronger than prejudice. 1.What’s the structure of the passage? A. B. C. D. 2.In Feng Menglong’s story, Xu Xuan runs away because ________. Our science teacher Mr. Hussey enjoys giving out special and challenging homework. Between the two boxes would be the heat insulator (隔热材料) . And Vlad insisted that styrofoam (泡沫塑料) would make a good insulator. 押题猜想四 阅读理解之说明文 Little babies, kittens and puppies are all cute, aren’t they? A.How to Make Yourself Cuter B.The Happiness of Cuteness Response C.Male-Female Differences in Cuteness Feeling D.The Science Behind Why We Find Things Cute Chopsticks have been used in Asia for over 3,000 years. A. B. C. D. 3.Which sentence can be put in the ________ in Paragraph 4? A.It’s not easy for you to get the use of chopsticks. B.Understanding chopstick manners is also necessary. C.Remember to choose suitable chopsticks for meals. D.Chopsticks play an important role at Chinese table. 4.What’s the best title of the passage? A.The Spread of Chinese Culture B.Chopsticks, Treasure of Asian Culture C.Chopsticks, Ancient Eating Tools D.The Table Manners in Asia “When I was at primary school, I put my shoes on the wrong way round. I didn’t notice but my friends did.”——Max, aged 13. “I said to a friend that my teacher looked like a lion with her new hairstyle, and then realized the ‘lion’ was right behind me.”——Ella, aged 12. If someone is making you feel stupid, this is a type of bullying. Sometimes embarrassment can stop you trying new things. If this happens, it’s better to share your feelings with a person you trust. ◆ ▲ Sometimes we’re embarrassed when we do something wrong to others. In that case, try saying how sorry you are and that you regret what happened. Facing the mistakes bravely can be a first step in moving on. 1.How does the writer start the text? A.By giving advice. A.Facts about Embarrassment B.Ideas about How to Avoid Mistakes C.Moments We Feel Embarrassed D.Advice on Dealing with Embarrassment Robots are supposed to run on batteries, right? A.is a kind of insect B.is a kind of fish C.can’t see Slugbot D.can eat Slugbot 3.What kind of robots does inventor Chris Melhuish want? A.Robots that can provide people with food. 押题猜想五 信息还原 Your phone isn’t just for playing games or talking to friends, it can be a powerful tool to help you learn, create, and grow! They’re usually three or five days long and include rope and rock climbing, going to sea in a small boat, sleeping in a tent each night, taking long walks in the forest, and learning to start a fire. It’s real life. One careless mistake could really hurt someone. So should outdoor skills really be taught at school? Why does the Singapore government think this should be part of every student’s education? Ng Chee Meng, Minister (部长) for Education, says that the outdoor course helps students develop skills like critical (批判的) thinking, working together, and communication abilities that are necessary for work and life. He believes that these skills are as important as traditional subjects like math, science and so on. Students need to learn from books, but for some lessons, reading isn’t as useful as doing. What do the students think? “It was so good!” said one teenager after the course. “It makes you a more independent and caring person.” Angelique, another student who went back for a twenty-one-day course. “It helped me to grow stronger,” she says. The boat trip was stressful because of stormy weather. She says there were moments when she felt afraid and hopeless she thought the trip was too hard. But she remembered that “smooth seas never made a skilled sailor” and felt brave enough to continue against the storm. “I am thankful for the amazing experience, and I would do it again,” she says. 1.What is the special course talked about in the passage? 2.What skills does Ng Chee Meng believe students learn from the course? 3.Give an example of your favorite outdoor activity and share what you learn from it. (No more than 15 words.) 2.why提问用Because+句子/To do句式回答。 3.Where 和When提问,回答时介词不能漏。 4. It was first celebrated in 1988 by Comic Relief, a British charity organization. Red Nose Day usually takes place in late March or early April, lasting several weeks. And how much money have they collected since the first Red Nose Day? More than £600 million! Every two years in spring, many English people put on a red nose, make a fool of themselves and do silly things to make themselves and others laugh. They often have a red nose party at their houses. Red Nose Day is a global (全球的) movement now, encouraging people in different countries to take action against child poverty. Here are many other fun charity events like Red Nose Day. For example, “Paws for a Cause” is Sweden’s charity fun run, where owners and their pet dogs run together to raise money for homeless animals. In US, there is an activity called “Ugly Christmas Sweater Day”. Every December, Americans wear funny, crazy Christmas sweaters. People hold parties to see whose sweater is the ugliest and to collect money to help kids in need. The uglier your sweater is, the more fun you have! All these events remind the world that small acts can create big changes. 1.When does Red Nose Day usually take place? 2.How does the/Comic Relief charity mainly get its money? Give two examples. 3.Can you create a funny charity activity? Please tell its name, activity and purpose. Some companies may be encouraged and try to follow Coca-Cola’s example. What do you think? Can AI replace (取代) human creativity? 1.What’s the result of the study in the US? 2.What do people think of the new Coca-Cola advertisements? 3.What else do you think may be replaced by AI? Why do you think so? For example, “city walk” is the same as “taking a walk”. But people feel better by calling it a “city walk”. Wu Ruilin is afraid that such new phrases may cover the risks behind it, such as safety problem. “For example, some young people are questing (寻找) for ‘dazi’, which is normally enjoyed alone or with close friends, like traveling and games. But most ‘dazi’ are just strangers, that may bring problems.” said Wu. But no matter what we think of these phrases, they have already taken root in our daily lives. So we need to keep a level head and not make them out to be bigger than they actually are. 1.What is a “gap day”? 2.What problem does Wu Ruilin worry about when young people look for “dazi”? 3.What do you think of these new phrases on the Internet? Why? 押题猜想九 书面表达 对你而言,在充满青春气息的初中校园里,总有一个地方格外特殊。它可能是图书馆,滋养求知的渴望;亦或是操场,见证成长的蜕变。你校校报英文版现以“A place that means a lot to me”为题,请你写一篇英文文章投稿。内容应包括: 1. 介绍该地方(包括外观、位置、设施等基本信息); 2. 结合具体事例,阐述它对你的非凡意义; 3. 表达你对这个地方的特殊情感或愿望。 注意: 1. 词数100; 2. 内容涵盖要点,照抄本卷语篇不得分; 3. 文中不得出现与考生相关的真实校名和姓名等信息。 A place that means a lot to me _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 押题解读 写作步骤和技巧: 一、认真审题抓要点 在写作之前认真审题,确定好文章体裁,抓住要点。 (1)文章及段落起始常用的过渡词语 to begin with首先 first of all首先, in the first place首先, generally speaking总体上讲 (2)文章及段落结尾常用的过渡词语 therefore, thus 因此 in conclusion 总之,最后 in brief, in a nutshell 简言之 to sum up 总而言之 in a word 总之 (3)常用表示先后次序的过渡词语 first 第一  second 第二 next 其次,然后eventually 最后,最终 since then 自此以后 afterward 以后,随后 meanwhile 同时 therefore 因而 immediately 立刻 finally 最后,最终 (4)常用表示因果关系的过渡词语 accordingly 于是for this reason 由于这个原因 as a result of 由……结果 in this way 这样 consequently 结果,因此 due to 由于…… therefore 因而 because of 因为 thus因为 (5)常用表示比较和对比的过渡词语 in contrast with 和……成对照  similarly 同样 whereas 然而 on the contrary 相反 different from与……不同 likewise同样 equally important 同样重要 on the other hand 另一方面 (6)常用表示举例的过渡词语 a case in point 恰当的例子 for example 举例 namely( that is ) 即,这就是说 for instance 举例 (7)常用表示强调的过渡词语 furthermore 此外 moreover 而且 besides 此外 in fact 实际上 also 而且,也 indeed 的确 again 另外,还 in particular 尤其,特别 naturally 当然,自然,必然 (8)逻辑连接词语 原因、结果关系:so…, as a result of this, consequently, in consequence 转折关系:even though, though, regardless of 并列关系:also, as well as, either…or… 递进关系:not only…but also…, in order to do it…, accordingly 比较关系:when in fact…, similarly, compared with 对比关系:on the contrary, contrary to, conversely 举例关系:as he explains, like, put it simply, for one thing…for another… 强调关系:particularly, to be true, other things being equal 条件关系:if so, if possible, provide that 归纳总结关系:in brief, in short, the conclusion can be drawn that… (9)表“陈述事实/观点” to be honest/to tell you the truth   说实话 actually/in fact/as a matter of fact   事实上      I think...   依我看……in my opinion   在我看来 as far as I know 据我所知 I m afraid...   我恐怕…… I hope...
