Hello everyone! Today I’d like to talk about my uncle, Chen Wei. He’s 50 years old and works as a teacher. Five years ago, he was always tired and struggled with health issues like high blood pressure. That’s when he decided to start running. At first, Uncle Chen couldn’t even run for 5 minutes without stopping. He started slowly—walking first, then jogging short distances. He joined a local running club, where he met friends who encouraged him. Gradually, he built up his stamina. Last year, he completed his first half-marathon! Now, he runs 3-4 times a week, rain or shine. He says running changed his life: his blood pressure is normal, he has more energy, and he even volunteers to organize community runs for kids.
