高频词:常见动词(如borrow, decide, forget)、名词(如advice, message, distance)、形容词(如available, polite, serious)和短语(如turn off, look forward to);
功能句型(如请求:Could you...?;建议:Why not...?)
逻辑衔接词(如because, however, first)
固定搭配(如be good at, make a mistake)
- 谓语 → 动词(注意时态:is, went, will do)
A: _________ did you go to the museum? B: Last Sunday.
A: I’m not feeling well. B: You should _________ a doctor. 填“see”(see a doctor为固定搭配)。
How can I get to...? / Is there a...nearby?
Would you mind...? / Could you please...?
You’d better... / What about...?
- borrow(借入) vs lend(借出)
- advice(不可数名词) vs suggest(动词)
- too(也,用于句末) vs either(否定句末)

J: I talked about their personalities, minds or emotions. But they thought only 40 had those things. But luckily, I’d learned from my dog as a child that what they said was not true at all.
N: It sounds like having a childhood pet really helped you in your studies! What are you most 41 of?

Woman: Richard, are you familiar with the story of Robinson Crusoe?
Man: Of course, it’s a very famous story of survival (生存).
Woman: So what do you think helps Crusoe get through a hard 101 on a small island for 28 years?
Man: Well, the way I see it, one important thing for his survival is his calmness in the face of the difficult situation. Finding himself 102 on an island, he doesn’t lose his head, but gets necessary things, such as guns, tools and food from the ship, before it is 103 destroyed (摧毁) by a storm.
Woman: I can’t agree more. And personally, I think he is also very wise, and he actively seeks ways to 104 problems. Just as you mentioned, with his gun and the rice, he can hunt for and grow his own food.
Man: Yes, I think you are right. I am also amazed by how knowledgeable he is. He knows to live in a cave and build a fence to keep himself 105 . And he can make a fire by rubbing pieces of wood together. That’s pretty clever. What’s your take on this?
Woman: I think so, too. And what about when he makes tools, such as spades out of wood and cups out of clay? Remember? He even makes his own clothes by 106 animal skins (皮) together. Without those things, he would have had a much harder time there!
Man: That’s true. But to me, his 107 and perseverance also play an important part in his survival. I’m quite impressed when he takes 18 whole days to widen and deepen his cave with simple tools made of wood. And what surprises me 108 is that when the cave is ruined by a sudden fall of earth, he doesn’t feel depressed, but quickly redoes the work, using wood to make the cave stronger than before.
Woman: Yes. I see what you’re getting at. And I believe that also shows his 109 attitude. He says, “I learned to look more upon the bright side of my condition and less upon the dark side, and to consider what I enjoyed rather than what I wanted.” That’s quite inspiring.
Man: And it’s really good 110 we should all follow in the face of danger.
