Butthisisn􀆳talwaystrue.Weneedtotrainourselves tobebetterlearners—toactivelytakepartinthe learningprocessandtoreflecton whatwehave learnt.Thesekindsoflearningbehavioursarecaled “activelearning”.Isuggestdoingfivethingstotake anactiveroleinyourlearning. 1     Therearetwokindsofvoices:theinnervoice andtheoutervoice.Yourinnervoiceexpressesyour personalopinions,whiletheoutervoicetelsyouaG boutopinionsfromwhatyouhearorread.Although yourinnervoicecanbeuseful,itcanalsogetinthe wayoflearning.IfyoukeeppayingtoomuchattenG tiontoit,youriskmissingimportantinformation.
