Li Hongjia, 31, is a teacher at the Little Sunflower Rehabilitation (康复) Center in Wuhan.
Over the past 13 years, Li has helped nearly 500 children who cannot hear or speak. She said she was truly happy to hear the children 1 . When they said “Mom” or “Dad” for the first time, she had a feeling of warmth.
