the way of keeping perseverance. He suggests that
if you truly wish to make big changes to your lifeꎬ
the best way is not by making big New Years
resolutionsꎬ but by making small changes to your
daily habits.
Getting a small change day by day can help
you achieve your big goal. In shortꎬ you are your
habits and if you have some respectable habitsꎬ
you will achieve great things. Start slowly and
dont worry about others opinions. You are in
