Module 5 Unit2 I want a Chinese pen friend. 一、教学目标 知识目标： a.正确的听说读写单词French、phone，在句子中正确的理解和运用单词。 b.全体学生能够听懂、正确的认读课文、理解大意。 能力目标： a.60%的学生能够在熟练认读词课文的基础上复述课文。 b.全体学生能够正确的认读理解句子：I’m from… I can/can’t … I want …,在具体的情境中运用这些句式描述自己的征友要求。 c.全体学生能够完整地完成一篇征友信。 情感态度目标： a.同时加强跨文化意识教育，使学生了解各个国家所使用的不同语言。 b.通过对结交笔友的介绍，让学生感受笔友这一种结交友谊的途径与形式。 c.通过完成和其他孩子交笔友的真实任务让学生在一定程度上体会到使用英语的快乐。 二、学情分析 六年级的孩子们，通常他们有一定的英语知识储备量，对英语学习的热情从感性趋于理性，身心发展已经和初中的孩子接轨——敢于挑战英语学习的难点，想得到一定个性的张扬，但由于学习习惯的不同产生了一定比例的两极分化。 三、重点难点 重点：全体学生能够正确的认读理解句子：I’m from… I can/can’t … I want …,在具体的情境中运用这些句式描述自己的征友要求。 难点：正确完整的完成征友信。 四、教学过程 I.Warming－up　and　lead－in 1、Greetings 2、Sing a song:Listen and sing the song “ Children from China are Chinese ” 3.T:Do you know Where is Laura from?. She is from the UK. Yes, here is a letter from Laura to Lingling for making a pen friend. Let’s have a look, OK? S:OK (Read the letter and try to understand the meaning of the letter.) T: Amy and Sam are also talking about the pen friend, Let’s have a look What are they talking about? (teach the word ‘French& phone”) II.Task　Presentation T: So, today we’ll study Module 5 Unit 2 <I want a Chinese pen friend>,and learn to write a letter for making a pen friend. Ⅲ.　Text　learning T: Children, do you want to make a pen friend? S:…… I’ve got three letters form three different countries. Maybe you can choose one. 1.listen and answer. Q1:Where are they from? Q2:What can or can’t they do? Q3:Which country do they want a pen pal? (设计意图)：让学生带着问题听课文内容，锻炼学生听、说能力。 明确了如何介绍自己，为下一环节的“实践”作好铺垫。 2.Finish the table and discuss. T:There is a table for you ,try to finish it according to what you hear,Then discuss in groups of 4. Name country Can or can’t want 3.Retell the text. a. according to the table they have finished. b. according to the key words on the blackboard. (设计意图)：以填表、小组讨论、复述课文等活动培养学生的合作学习和口头表达能力。学生通过自主学习理解和掌握了课文内容。 Ⅳ.Practice　 1.Fill in the blanks. T:Look at the screen and try to fill in the blanks according to the table. Then in pairs to act out the test.  （设计意图）：通过同伴互助完成填空练习，并进行角色扮演。提供语言实践机会，激起学生学习语言、运用语言的欲望。 2.Introduce more foreign friends. A.T:Look this is my QQ.I want a  pen pal,so I sent a message yesterday.now let’s check are there anyone reply？ B.Show the messages from John/Lucy/Jerry/Snow.Ask the class read them and try get the main ideas. （设计意图）：利用查看QQ回复信息的方式介绍四个外国朋友，让学生感知更多的语言素材采，在增加学习的趣味性的同时,进一步培养学生语言综合运用的能力。 Ⅴ.Task　completion　 Write a letter to ask for a pen friend. T:Just now we get to know four friends, do you want to their pen pal? You can choose one to write a letter to ask for a pen friend. E.g.Hi,I’m... I’m from... I can/can’t speak... I like...
