一、教材分析
本课是《新标准英语》(一年级起点)三年级下册第五模块第一单元。课文内容是爸爸告诉Sam和Amy星期六要去野餐,Amy和Sam讨论周六野餐要带的物品的对话。本单元的话题是询问将来的活动并回答。课文以picnic为主线,主要学习will引导的第一、二人称的将来时态,为继续学习第三人称的将来时态起到了铺垫作用。通过相互交流、合作、制定计划,同时,通过对话的学习、学生能够学会与他人交流(学习策略),了解如何合理安排活动的时间和内容(情感态度)
二、学情分析
三年级学生的年龄在九到十岁左右,生性活泼好动,喜欢直观形象的事物,如对游戏,竞赛特别感兴趣。通过前两年半的英语学习,大部分学生已经掌握了基本的英语课堂用语和日常交流用语,但在用词的准确性与语句的连贯性方面还有待进一步提高。学生在前面三个模块已经学习了使用“will”陈述将来的活动并询问是否要做某事的用法,因此这个结构对于学生来说难度不大,教师应当给尚未完全掌握这一结构的学生提供更多的练习机会,并且将教学重点放在运用能力的培养而不是语言结构的学习上。学生对于周末活动有初步的了解,能简单说出一句到两句话,比如play football, go swimming, read books, fly a kite, listen to CDs, watch TV,…,教师可以通过Free talk的形式,提供图片,学生在图片的提示下讨论周末的活动安排。
三、设计理念
设计理念方面,教师根据新课标理念, 以人为本,面向全体,让学生通过感知,体验,实践,参与,合作交流来实现任务目标;
在课程设计方面,教师紧紧围绕本单元野餐这一主题,最终通过小组汇报的形式向全班介绍周末的活动计划和安排。
四、教学目标
(一)语言知识
1、词汇:tomorrow, why, Why not?
句子:Will you take your ball tomorrow? Yes, I will. No, I won’t.
语音:Friday, Saturday中ay的发音,感知课文的语音语调
(二)语言技能
1.听:能听懂课文的主要内容;
能听懂关于描述活将要进行的活动的句子,并作出适当反应;
2、说:能根据对话内容,做简单的角色表演;
能在具体谈论计划的语境中运用Will you…tomorrow?询问将要进行的活动并做出肯定或者否定回答
3、读:全体学生能认读所学词汇;
能通过听音模仿,正确朗读对话,并读懂对话的具体内容;
(三)情感态度
积极参与课堂语言实践活动。了解制定计划时,需要综合考虑时间,地点,天气以及需要携带的物品等因素。
(四)学习策略
能主动复习和归纳“will”的一般疑问句结构,并做出适当的反应
能在同伴交流,小组合作中积极参与,共同完成学习任务。
(五)文化意识
初步注意到中西方小朋友外出野餐时准备物品的异同。
