八年级上册课本复习说课稿 (第一课时) 初三英语备课组 Good morning , ladies and gentlemen. It’s my pleasure to be here. Today , I’m going to review Unit 1&2. I will give my presentation in five parts: the analysis of the teaching material, the teaching strategies, the learning methods, the teaching procedures and the blackboard design. Part 1. The analysis of the teaching material 1. The position of the teaching material The material is Unit 1&2 of Book 3. This is a listening class. By studying this lesson, students will ask about studying methords. And in this lesson, students can learn to talk about studying methords. So students can know about other classmates better. Besides, this lesson can train students’ listening skills. 2. Teaching Aims According to the new standard curriculum,the syllabus and after studying the teaching material, the teaching aims are as the following: Knowledge aim: enable students to master some words and expressions in this lesson and help them understand the listening material of this lesson. Ability aim: develop students’ abilities of listening and speaking, especially the ability of getting key information from the listening material. Meanwhile, train their ability of talking about daily habits. Moral aim: Arouse students’ interests in English study through different teaching strategies; Enable students to know about their classmates’ daily life, so that they can get on well with each other. 3. The important and difficult points Based on the requirement of the syllabus, the important point is helping students master the key words and expressions of this lesson. The difficult point is to train students’ ability of getting key information from the listening material. Part 2. Teaching strategies In order to create a good atmosphere for English learning as well as help students develop good sense of English language, I will use the following strategies: 1. Communicative Approach 2. Task-based Language Teaching Approach 3. Group Cooperating Teaching Approach Part 3. Learning methods In the whole class, I will create a student- centered class and offered the students meaningful tasks, opportunities to participate in class to share and exchange their ideas with the group members. Encourage them to speak English actively. Part 4. Teaching procedures Step1.Lead-in Show students some pictures about body parts. Then ask students to talk about their healthy problem. Step 2. Pair Work 1a When these accidents happen, what should you do ?Put the actions in order. 1b Practice the conversation and make new conversation to talk about their eating habits. Step 3. Listening Play the tape player twice. The first time, ask students to finish 1c. Circle the Yes or No. The second time, ask students to write some frequency words about Tina’s and Bill’s daily habits. In order to help students to get the key information correctly and as quickly as possible. I will give them some listening tips. Step4. Practice Ask students to read the listening material together. And then ask them to talk about Tina’s and Bill’s daily habits. Tina exercises every day, but Bill hardly ever exercises. Tina eats fruit every day, but Bill never eat fruit. Step4. Summary At the end of the class, I will ask students to talk about Tom’s problem without looking at the books. Step5. Homework Recite the conversation of the listening material.
