Experience the diversity and uniqueness of culture and respect different cultures. 教学过程 Step1 Pre-reading (学习理解） 1. Lead-in Watch a video and then answer: How do you celebrate New Year? Why do we celebrate New Year? 【设计意图：借助视频引出话题“庆祝新年”，激活学生的已有知识，活跃气氛，导入新课。】 2.Prediction Amy is watching a video. Here is the video script. Can you predict the topic of the script through the title and picture? Reading skill 1 : title and picture can help us understand the topic of the article. 【设计意图：通过读前猜测文章主旨活动，培养学生思维能力，激发学生阅读兴趣。】 Step 2 While-reading（学习理解） 1. Read for structure Read quickly then match the main idea with each paragraph. Divide the article into 3 parts. 2. Read for details Read Para.1: How can people be a good presenter?
