The teacher will play a Chinese song and ask the students to answer the following questions.(爱我你就抱抱我)

What's the song about? Describe how you felt when you heard the song.
T: So, what is love?
In your impression, what is the love of parents like?
Through the introduction of songs, students can think about what love is and prepare for the activities of this class.

1. Listen and discuss
Parents often give their children unconditional love . Read the poem below and discuss the following questions in pairs .

What does the poem describe?
2. Think and research
Since ancient times, parents' love has accompanied their children. For this reason, many poets' poems have reflected parents' love. What Chinese poems can you think of to express parents' love for their children?

Combining life with textbooks, students can recall their parents' loving behaviors and ways and find moments of love.
