Thisisessential,saysAnderson,toavoid predatory(吞 并)practicestheyhaveseeninthe past,withcompanies‘playingonthepsychology ofpoverty’togainadvantage. 根据最后一段中“Oneof thenextstepsfor FREA wil betoidentifya communitythatcan act as a test case for a renewablesproject.(FREA 下 一 步 的 工 作 之 一 将 是确定一个可以作为可再生能源项目测试案例的 社区)”可 知,FREA 下 一 步 将 会 选 择 一 个 试 点 社 区. 根 据 划 线 短 语 下 文 “Populartheoriesproposethatmothsandother insectsnavigate(导航)bythemoonandmistake lampsfor moonlight,or thattheinsects fly towardslightto escape coming danger. 根 据 第 二 段 中“Moths found themselves tilting their backs to street lamps.Thiscausedthem to circlearoundthe lamps endlessly,theinsects trapped by their evolution.(飞蛾发现自己把背向路灯倾斜. 根 据 最 后 一 段“There are,Fabian believes,helpfullessonsfrom the research.‘Whatthistelsusisthatthedirection of artificial light matters.
