Recently, I started to use an app to keep a record of my running. Each run I wanted to go a little farther, run a little faster and burn more calories(卡路里). Last night I finished an 8.3- km run in 46 minutes and burnt 468 calories. In comparison, my run two days ago was 8.6 km in 46 minutes with 483 calories burnt. This inner self-comparison left me feeling disappointed. I became so focused (专注的) on the numbers that I forgot to consider what I achieved. These tiny differences in numbers kept me away from the bigger picture: how did I actually feel after completing my most recent run? Well, honestly, I was completely tired out. What good is running to beat your top score if you don’t feel on top? We should exercise for the purpose of building our confidence. And working out harder and faster may serve that purpose. But confidence building comes with being able to do more in our day- to- day life, experiencing less pain and more freedom in movement, and feeling good after a workout. Fitness should help us with our quality (质量) of life, the ability to sleep, good memory, among other things. Fitness should not just come with the eagerness for the success in numbers. In our busy lives, we only have limited time for fitness. When we do physical exercise, we should value what feels good over what looks or sounds good. Sometimes what serves us and our health is coming home and doing a light workout, like going on a short bike ride. Sometimes what serves us is simply going to sleep at 9:30 p. m. instead of forcing ourselves into a workout. Apps of this kind are a great way for us to keep an eye on our health. But don’t read into the numbers to the point where you lose out on feeling proud that you are taking care of yourself. So my advice is: when you do physical exercise, make sure you feel good about yourself over feeling good about the numbers. 34.Why did the writer start to use the app? ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 35.What did the writer forget to consider when he became too focused on the numbers? ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 36.When you do physical exercise, which do you think is more important feeling good about yourself or feeling good about the numbers? Why? (Please give two reasons.) ___________________________________________________________________________________________ 37.When you do physical exercise, which do you think is more important, feeling good about yourself or feeling good about the numbers? Why? (Please give two reasons.) ___________________________________________________________________________________________ (2023·北京·中考真题)阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 My 100 Days Without a Mobile Phone When was the last time you left home without your mobile phone? Can you imagine yourself living a month, or even a year without checking your mobile phone from time to time? As a busy modern person with lots of social connections, plans and responsibilities, I just cannot afford to not be in touch with the rest of the world. Staying connected to other people is a big part of my life. However, sometimes it can be bothersome (恼人的). One day I discovered I was terribly tired out. I tried turning notifications (通知) off. But the fear of missing out something important made me check the phone more often than before. So, I simply stopped using my phone. Well, to tell the truth, it was not simple at all. For the first couple of days, I had a big fear that all of my friends would soon forget about me. When I had a free moment, I had no idea what to get myself distracted (分心的) with, and the worries mixed with boredom kept bothering me. However, after three weeks without a mobile phone, I started noticing changes — changes which I liked, and which drove me to not just continue the experiment, but in fact to reorganize some of my habits. First of all, I noticed that I became much more focused (专注的). Before, while doing something, I would often find myself wondering what was going on online. After a month of staying away from my mobile phone, I found that the urge (冲动) was already not that strong and that my ability to focus improved. I discovered that the world is a beautiful place. Before, I would look at it through my camera mostly: take a photo, post it, get some likes. Now, I saw beautiful people walking around and I sensed the seasons change. I could understand the actual beauty of the world, and I did not need anyone else to prove the value of this beauty through likes or shares. Now, as 100 days have passed, I can say that the experiment was worth it. I am planning to stay away from my phone for as long as possible. 1.What made the writer check the phone more often than before? 2.When did the writer start noticing his changes? 3.What does the writer plan to do with his phone after the experiment? 4.Would you like to follow the writer’s example? Why or why not? (Please give two reasons.) (2022·北京·中考真题)阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 Working Out through Online Videos Physical exercise is good for our mind, body and spirit. Today, working out through online videos is becoming very popular. Since the Internet is widely used, it’s very easy for us to do so. That means we can work out anytime anywhere. One of my friends, Lin Fei. followed short workout videos to do daily exercise. “With live programs, I feel like working out with my friends, which encourages me to hold on to the last minute.” she said. Another friend of mine, Michael, told me that workout videos let him feel so comfortable. “I have a fear of working out at the gym(健身房)because I don’t like being watched by others. Working out at home makes working out much more enjoyable.” he said. With their examples, I decided to give it a try. When I told my plan to my elder sister, a P.E. teacher, she reminded me that workout videos could be helpful but might still carry some problems. “Without being with someone in person, you will be less willing (愿意的)to work out to your best. Working out at the gym allows you to have advice in real time and get pushed harder.” my sister said to me. “Well, if you really want to have a try. first, choose proper programs or videos. That’s very important. And then ask your friends for advice. Their experiences can give you a good sight into what you can expect. Anyway, don’t be addicted(沉迷的)to it. You should try different ways to work out to be healthy.” At her suggestions, I finally followed an online workout program with personalized help that is held for three months. After the first period of training, I felt it very practical and helpful when I put in the right amount (量) of work along with a strong will. Compared with going to the gym, using online videos to work out is a much cheaper and time-saving choice. But it can be difficult sometimes when I’m too lazy or too busy to stick to it. 5.Which way to work out is becoming very popular today? 6.Why does Michael dislike working out at the gym? 7.What is the problem of working out without someone else in person? 8.How did the writer feel about his first period of training? 9.Would you like to follow online videos to work out? Why or why not? (2021·北京·中考真题) Screen-Free Days I remember the first time I suggested screen-free days in our school to some of our student leaders. Jokingly, I said to the group, “What do you think if we go a week without using our laptops or smartphones?” They laughed, and one of them said, “No way, Mr. White. They would be too much.” I could feel their worry, and told them that I was only considering single screen-free days.  Even that idea left them feeling upset. According to a survey we did, most students in our school spend about six hours a day on screens. Many of my students start their day by checking their smartphones. I often see them looking at their phones when getting off the bus or at parents’ drop-off, they can’t use their own “screens” at school. They usually work on computers at school for at least two hours during the day. It’s clear that our students spend a lot of time on screens. We do see the benefits of technology. However, we teachers also want to make sure that students have balanced learning and social experiences away from their screens.  That’s why we have come up with the idea of screen-free days. During the course of the year, we have built in several screen-free days that require us to make different plans for our students about how they will communicate with one another and the world around them without “screens”.  For some teachers, this means bringing back a valuable lesson plan that has been put off for some time because it is “out of date”. Others have designed something completely new. Fun activities, for example, card games and room escape(密室逃脱) games, are organized at school. In these activities, students socialize without smartphones and have face-to-face communication without checking on “likes” they’ve got online. These fun activities also make it possible for the whole grade to enjoy the company of their friends with no smartphones. After our first screen-free day, students mentioned that they were surprised they enjoyed it.  Finding ways to help our students connect with one another is important. While technology is already part of our world, it shouldn’t play such an important role in a learner’s life. 10.How many hours do most students in the school spend on screens every day? ___________________________________________________________________ 11.Why have the teachers come up with the idea of screen-free days? ___________________________________________________________________ 12.What fun activities can the students have at school? ___________________________________________________________________ 13.How did the students feel after the first screen-free day? ___________________________________________________________________ 14.What do you think of the idea of screen-free days? Why do you think so? ___________________________________________________________________ (2020·北京·中考真题)This 12-year-old Girl Built a Robot to Find Plastics in the Ocean Anna Du was walking along the beach when she noticed plastics there. She reached down to pick them up, and quickly realized there were many more tiny pieces than she could deal with. It seemed impossible to clean them all up. Du, 12 years old at the time, tried to solve the problem like any good scientist—first, by doing a little research. That’s how she learned that 8 million tons of plastics end up in the oceans every year. Then she got to work building something that could help solve the problem; a remote-operated vehicle(遥控潜水器), or ROV. Her ROV can move through water and find plastics on the ocean floor. The actually cool part of Du’s ROV is the detection(探测) system. She uses a camera along with three different kinds of light to find the plastics. She also uses visible(可见的) light to find unnatural colors that might make the plastics stand out. “She has a very good engineering sense to break down a problem like this and then go after it,” says engineer Casey Machado. “It sounds simple, but it’s a level of thinking that’s really amazing. ” Du started attending public events and workshops at a university when she was five years old, and so she picked up the engineering skills necessary to build her ROV. She says actually getting her ROV to move through water well was not easy. She failed many times, but she never gave up trying and testing. When asked about future plans, she mentions wanting to address the effects of climate(气候) change. “I think there are a lot of problems that could be solved with new inventions,” says Du. Du thanks her parents, who for years have taken her to student outreach activities, for supporting her interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). She says she has been able to meet students and scientists there. “I know I want to be an engineer because I like building things to help solve world problems,” says Du. “But I’m not sure what kind of engineer I want to be yet.” 15.What did Anna Du notice while walking along the beach? ____________________________________________________________________ 16.How old was Du when she did a little research to solve the problem? ____________________________________________________________________ 17.What can Du’s ROV do? ____________________________________________________________________ 18.Why does Du want to be an engineer in the future? ____________________________________________________________________ 19.What made Du succeed in building her ROV? ____________________________________________________________________ (2024·北京海淀·二模)阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 The day had been good, but school was tiring.I was lying on my sofa, mindlessly scrolling (滚屏) through social media, obsessed (痴迷) with someone else’s fancy life. Without even knowing it, I was comparing myself to others. In fact, I’m not alone! Comparing is something we struggle with every day. Studies show that anytime a thought comes to our minds, there’s a 1-in-10 chance that we’re comparing ourselves to others. Social comparison theory states that people would judge their own social and personal worth by comparing themselves to others around them. Comparison had been the thief of my joy for long until one day I realized that it is pointless to compare ourselves with others—we are comparing our weaknesses to someone’s strengths. I still remember several moments when I thought the worst of myself because I thought the best of someone else. For example, every time I saw Kayla performing well at her schoolwork, the first thing that popped into my mind was a wish that I could be as smart as her. I kept asking myself, “Why couldn’t I just be like her?” I practically praised Kayla while hating myself at the same time. I decided to change.I started to focus on improving myself instead of comparing with others. I took up reading one book every month. I started new hobbies. This helped me to discover a new self. I learned to appreciate (欣赏) what I had. Every day, I wrote down things I was happy about and chose to be around people who made me feel good. This made me value my life and see how special it is. And I changed how I used  social media. Instead of aimlessly scrolling, I customized (定制) my social media feeds (推送) to include more educational and inspirational information. I felt happier and was less likely to compare myself to others. In our lives, it’s important to ask ourselves a key question:are we tending to (照料) our own garden or are we only visitors, admiring the beautiful gardens of others while failing to care for our own? Try not to get lost in comparing yourself to others since everyone is different. Discover your gifts and let them shine! 20.What was the writer obsessed with on social media? 21.How do people judge their social and personal worth according to social comparison theory? 22.Why does the writer think it is pointless to compare ourselves to others? 23.What do you think of the ways the writer took to avoid pointless comparison ? Why? (Please give two reasons) (2024·北京平谷·一模)阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 Have you ever seen shadow plays? The shadow play is one of the oldest puppet performances in China. It was a popular folk drama in ancient China and also the ancestor (祖先) of the films in the world. Shadow plays were once a popular form of entertainment, and they were also used for religious (宗教) and instructional purposes. Simple to perform, dramas were played out on screens or walls for thousands of years, and the shadow play is still performed in China today. A simple lamp and a thin screen were all that were needed for a stage. Things like people, animals, furniture, walls and plants were shown on the screen by placing figurines or figures made of cardboard or leather in front of the lamp. The lamp lighted the screen from behind, and people could move little figurines around for theatrical performances. With added music and sound effects, the plays could be quite entertaining if they were well performed. These were ancient dramas or cartoons, and they were even colorized for added entertainment by using colored translucent (半透明的) figurines. The lamp light cast a colored shadow. One can imagine that stone-age people sat next to campfires and watched stories played out on rock walls by shadows cast by using their hands or figurines. It is said that the Mongols in the 13th century liked to watch shadow plays in their camps. They took the entertainment with them, and it became a popular entertainment in the Yuan Empire of the 13th century. Shadow plays were performed in France when French missionaries (传教士) returned from China in 1767 and put on performances in Paris and Marseilles. It is said that this is how the shadow play was introduced to Europe. The plays were popular in France, and they were called “Chinese Shadows” at first. Nowadays, performers use plastics, computer controlled lightning and machinery, and modern paint and dyes to produce bright and colorful shadow figures. They can produce images that are controlled by computers, and these can be used for animation and entertainment effects in plays. It is difficult for shadow puppeteers to compete with modern entertainment technologies for an audience, but some of them are using modern materials and adopting technology to help stage interesting entertainment in China. 24.What were shadow plays used for? 25.How were shadow plays introduced to Europe? 26.What challenge do shadow puppeteers meet? 27.Would you like to watch shadow plays? Why? (At least two reasons) (2024·北京·一模)Ways to Fight Tiredness Everyone gets tired—it’s a normal part of human existence. It can make us grouchy (满腹牢骚的) and grumpy at the end of the day, but a good night’s sleep will often leave us feeling well rested. However, sometimes we feel more than just tiredness. We can get overtired (过度劳累) and it may affect our daily lives-but what can we do about it? Here are some things that may stop you getting overtired. Being very tired frequently could be the result of lifestyle choices: poor diet, lack of exercise, or an inefficient routine. For some people, changes to their habits and routines could help them to beat tiredness. First, let’s look at physical health. According to the UK National Health Service (NHS) website, eating healthy meals and snacks regularly, around 3-4 times per day, could improve your energy levels. Giving your body the energy it needs could help you to be more excited, and therefore, less tired. If you’re feeling overtired, you might not want to exercise. However, regular physical activity may actually mean you are less tired in general. Activities like jogging or cycling could also help you get fitter. And being more active could help you to lose weight, which can also aid you in the battle against tiredness. Those extra kilos from being overweight put a strain on your heart, which can lead to you feeling more tired. Another thing that can leave us feeling exhausted (精疲力竭的) and fatigued (疲惫不堪的) is stress. Reducing your stress levels may help you to feel less tired on a regular basis. Taking up an activity like yoga or going for a walk could help you to unwind and feel more refreshed. And you may think if you’re feeling tired, the Royal College of Psychiatrists recommends anyone feeling tired to cut down on their caffeine intake, especially after mid-afternoon, to get better sleep at night. Finally, if you do find yourself feeling overtired constantly for days or weeks, you may be suffering from fatigue or exhaustion. If so, getting a few good nights’ sleep can work. 28.What will often leave us feeling well rested? 29.How often do people eat healthy meals to improve energy levels? 30.What can we do if we suffer from fatigue or exhaustion? 31.Would you like to follow the writer’s ways to fight tiredness? Why or why not? ( at least two reasons.) On International Volunteer Day, volunteers share their experiences with volunteering and talk about its influence on their personal lives. Sharon first started volunteering at the age of 16. It was the summer before her junior year of high school, and she hadn’t really understood the meaning behind doing something for others until that day. Sharon was going with a group to the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) in Dallas, Texas. RMH is a “home-away-from-home” for families so they can stay close by their hospitalized child at little or no cost. Sharon recalls her first time walking into RMH-nervous and afraid of messing up or saying the wrong thing. After only 5 minutes, she began connecting with families. “That day, I played with kids, laughed with the adults, and heard countless stories-you name it!” says Sharon. Now a 20-year-old student at the University of North Texas, Sharon has volunteered with RMH ever since. “I have met so many people there that have changed my life.” In January 2012, Sharon met her soon-to-be hero: Dan. Dan was a car passenger, riding with a group of friends, when the driver thought it would be cool to show off and drive fast. The car turned over, both the driver and one of the passengers were thrown out of from the car. Dan tried to get out of the car and then began searching for others quickly. One of the passengers was still caught in her seat. Without hesitation, Dan climbed back in to save her. In doing so, he somehow managed to get himself stuck and caught fire. Although he was able to rescue himself, his skin was so badly burned that he had to take lots of surgeries (手术). Sharon helped care for Dan during his stay at RMH, helping him get better through stories, laughter, and companionship (陪伴). Sharon still keeps in touch with Dan today. “Nothing brightens my day more than to be able to make someone who’s going through something beyond my understanding smile,” says Sharon. “I feel like I’ve become more of a caring and selfless person since I started volunteering. I look for joy in the joy I provide to others and focus less on myself. After a few months of volunteering, RMH brought out a more real version of myself-exactly who I want to be in life.” 32.When did Sharon first start volunteering? 33.How did Sharon feel when she walked into RMH the first time? 34.What did Sharon do to help Dan get better? 35.Would you like to do volunteer work? After attending several meetings with Anina Green, the guide dog club leader, I eagerly signed up to become a raiser and patiently waited for the arrival of my puppy. Then, one day, Anina informed me that I would get my puppy on April 27. That day, Tyler and I went to Anina’s house. In the kitchen, we saw the puppy, Escort, sleeping on the floor. Holding him for the first time was magical. He was so soft and sleepy—and huge! Escort was larger than a lot of full-grown dogs. We attended a weekly puppy kindergarten to learn how to train Escort. From the time we got the puppy until he was about 6 months old, he was on a leash (牵引绳). When we were watching TV on the sofa or brushing teeth, the leash was always in our hands. During the first eight weeks, Tyler and I mostly stayed at home, taught Escort orders, and held his leash. The guide dog club is really like a family—a family with a lot of wonderful, well-behaved dogs. We traveled to various places together with these dogs. Escort’s first group outing was a trip to tour the city museum. We also went to a shopping mall, a baseball game, a fire station, and the airport to practice going through security. With all the help from our club, Escort went from a sleepy little puppy to a dependable companion (伙伴) when he was 8 months old. When Escort was one year old, he could walk with a perfect loose (松的) leash, follow our orders and always make the right choices. It was time for us to drop him off at the Guide Dogs for the Blind campus to go through more formal (正式的) guide training and get matched with someone who needed him. We had fallen in love with the puppy and couldn’t bear giving him away, but we had to say goodbye to him. When I see pictures of Escort with the woman he has been placed with, I feel very happy. It doesn’t hurt that he’s not with me—seeing him going on adventures with his new owner every day makes it all worth it. The thought that he will improve her life makes me very proud. 36.What was Escort like when the writer first saw him? 37.What did the writer and her husband do during the first eight weeks of raising Escort? 38.How does the writer feel when she knows Escort can help his new owner? 39.What do you think of the writer and her husband? Why do you think so? (Please give two reasons.) The infection (感染) from the wound spread to his other eye. Within a year he couldn’t see anything. When he was ten, he was sent to a school for the blind. Students there learned by listening to their teachers. One day, a visitor came to the school. His name was Charles Barbier. He was to have a great influence on Braille. Louis was then twelve years old. Barbier had invented a new way of writing. He had hoped the French army would adopt (采纳) his method. This writing was designed to be used at night. Soldiers could read it without showing a light. Barbier hoped the head of the school whose students lived their lives in darkness could use his way of writing. Louis Braille stood out among those students. His mind was quick. He was eager to learn. The head of school invited him to meet the visitor. Barbier began to show how his writing worked. Braille’s interest was aroused. Barbier took a sheet of thick paper. Using a pointed instrument, he punched a series of holes to make raised dots (点) on the other side of the paper. These dots were grouped together in cells (单元格). The cells could be placed in any of twelve positions. Each group stood for a different sound. By running a fingertip over them, a person could read a message. Braille was excited by Barbier’s invention. But he knew that it needed to be simpler. He started working on it at once. Instead of twelve positions for each unit, he decided to work with six. This let a reader make sense of the raised dots more quickly and easily. Braille remained at the school all his life, He taught there. He also helped to print books that used his method. Braille was a very good musician. He showed people how to write music in his way. Charles Barbier did not sell his method to the army. But he played a part in changing forever the way blind people read. Because of what he started and Louis Braille completed, people everywhere who cannot see are no longer limited by blindness. 40.What happened to Louis Braille when he was three? 41.Who invented a new way of writing? 42.How did Louis Braille make Barbier’s invention simpler? 43.What do you think of Louis Braille? I became so focused (专注的) on the numbers that I forgot to consider what I achieved. These tiny differences in numbers kept me away from the bigger picture: how did I actually feel after completing my most recent run? Well, honestly, I was completely tired out. What good is running to beat your top score if you don’t feel on top? We should exercise for the purpose of building our confidence. And working out harder and faster may serve that purpose. But confidence building comes with being able to do more in our day- to- day life, experiencing less pain and more freedom in movement, and feeling good after a workout. (Please give two reasons.) 【答案】1.The fear of missing out something important. 2.After three weeks. 3.Stay away from the phone for as long as possible. 4.Yes, I’d like to. ___________________________________________________________________ 【答案】10.They spend about six hours on screens every day. 11.Because they want to make sure that students have balanced learning and social experiences away from their screens. 12.They can have fun activities like card games and room escape games. 13.They were surprised they enjoyed it. 14.本题属于开放性试题,言之有理即可。参考答案:I think it is a good idea. (2020·北京·中考真题)This 12-year-old Girl Built a Robot to Find Plastics in the Ocean Anna Du was walking along the beach when she noticed plastics there. ____________________________________________________________________ 【答案】15.She noticed plastics. 16.She was 12 years old. 17.It can move through water and find plastics on the ocean floor. 18.Because she likes building things to help solve world problems. 19.Her good engineering sense to break down a problem, the engineering skills necessary to build it, her persistence(not giving up) and her parents' support.(另外答出the careful observation, the awareness of protecting the oceans也可酌情给分) 【分析】文章大意:本文主要讲Anna Du十二岁时就制作了自己的遥控潜水器,她从小就对STEM感兴趣,长大后想成为一名工程师,帮助解决世界问题。 15.根据第1段中“Anna Du was walking along the beach when she noticed plastics there.”可知Anna Du在海滩散步的时候注意到了塑料。故答案为:She noticed plastics. 16.根据第2段中“Du, 12 years old at the time, tried to solve the problem like any good scientist—first, by doing a little research.”可知Du做了一点调查来解决这个问题的时候,她12岁了。故答案为She was 12 years old. 17.根据第3段中“Her ROV can move through water and find plastics on the ocean floor.”可知Du的ROV能够在水中移动,找到海底的塑料。故答案为:It can move through water and find plastics on the ocean floor. 18.根据最后一段中Du的话“I know I want to be an engineer because I like building things to help solve world problems”可知她想要成为一名工程师是因为她喜欢制造东西来帮助解决世界问题。故答案为:Because she likes building things to help solve world problems. 19.根据第5段中“She has a very good engineering sense to break down a problem like this and then go after it”可知她在解决问题方面有良好工程悟性;根据第6段中“and so she picked up the engineering skills necessary to build her ROV”可知她学会了建造ROV所需的工程技术;根据第6段中“She failed many times, but        she never gave up trying and testing.”可知她不轻言放弃;根据倒数第2段中“Du thanks her parents, who for years have taken her to student outreach activities, for supporting her interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).”可知Du的父母很支持她。这几点都是她成功制作ROV的重要因素。故答案为:Her good engineering sense to break down a problem, the engineering skills necessary to build it, her persistence(not giving up) and her parents' support.(另外答出the careful observation, the awareness of protecting the oceans也可酌情给分) (2024·北京海淀·二模)阅读短文,根据短文内容回答问题。 The day had been good, but school was tiring.I was lying on my sofa, mindlessly scrolling (滚屏) through social media, obsessed (痴迷) with someone else’s fancy life. Why? (Please give two reasons) 【答案】20.Someone else’s fancy life. 21.By comparing themselves to others around them./They compare themselves to others around them. 22.Because we are comparing our weaknesses to someone’s strengths. 23.I think the writer’s view is quite correct. Because comparing yourself to others makes you feel bad. Besides, it can mask your own talent. 【导语】本文主要讲述了不要和他人比较,因为这是毫无意义的,作者具体介绍了自己做法。 20.根据“obsessed (痴迷) with someone else’s fancy life”可知,作者痴迷于他人的美好生活。故填Someone else’s fancy life. 21.根据“Social comparison theory states that people would judge their own social and personal worth by comparing themselves to others around them”可知,社会比较理论认为,人们会通过与周围的人进行比较来判断自己的社会价值和个人价值。故填By comparing themselves to others around them./They compare themselves to others around them. 22.根据“Comparison had been the thief of my joy for long until one day I realized that it is pointless to compare ourselves with others—we are comparing our weaknesses to someone’s strengths”可知,因为我们是在拿自己的缺点和别人的优点作比较。故填Because we are comparing our weaknesses to someone’s strengths. 23.开放性作答,言之有理即可。参考答案为I think the writer’s view is quite correct. ( at least two reasons.) 【答案】28.A good night’s sleep. 29.Around 3-4 times per day. 30.Taking up an activity like yoga or going for a walk. 31.Yes, I’d like to. On International Volunteer Day, volunteers share their experiences with volunteering and talk about its influence on their personal lives. The infection (感染) from the wound spread to his other eye.
