高二英语读后续写基础技巧与整体演练 技巧02 考场应对“两个策略” 策略一：理清写作线索与思路 在高中英语读后续写课中，老师的教学往往围绕一篇记 叙文的文本分析展开。老师们会引导学生梳理记叙文 5W1H 基本六要素，并引导学生根据人物的语言、动作等展开详细 的人物性格分析等。而在考试实战中，大部分考生在完成阅读、完形、语填等共7个语篇的相关答题以及应用文写作任 务后，往往要在半小时甚至20分钟内完成读后续写的大作文 写作任务。在有限的时间内，基础薄弱的考生基本不可能完成课上老师所要求的详细文本分析，而是要在最短的时间内找到写作线索，理清思路，落笔成文。读后续写写作任务遵循正确价值观导向，与 应用文相比，开放性更小，可预测性更大。考生在熟知其命 题规律后，可有的放矢地进行写作训练，在考场最短的时间 内取得最好的成绩。 一、寻找 2W1H ，回扣核心信息 在对记叙文进行线索整理时，老师们会要求学生找出 who，what，when，where，why，how 5W1H 的六要素。而在考 场时间紧张的情况下，考生可以暂时忽略 when，where，why 这三个要素，而是迅速在原文中把最关键的 2W1H ，即 who，what，how核心三要素找出来。以2023 年全国卷读后续写为例，考生只需在原文中找出who (老师和我) ，what (老师鼓 励我参加写作比赛，我决定一试) ，how ( 我努力打磨自己的 参赛作品，真正享受到了写作的快乐) 这三要素就足以支撑 两段续写。续写的第一句为“A few weeks later，when I almost forgot the contest，there came the news．” (几周后，当我快把这 个比赛忘了时，传来了消息) 。结合上文的 what，how 信息，这个消息应是 “我的作品获奖了、我听到消息的反应 ”等 而结合 what，who的要 素，对第二段段首句 “I went to my teacher office after the award presentation”的续写则应为我告 知老师好消息，老师对我的赞赏鼓励，我最终的感悟等等。 二、圈画段首关键词，反向寻找新信息 在考场上很多考生在时间紧张的情况下，会急于动笔写作，忽略续写和段首句信息之间的衔接，导致续写方向错误 等问题。因此，考生要养成圈画段首句中关键信息，尤其是 前文未出现的新信息的习惯。以2021年8省联考读后续写为例，故事中 “我” 的车在路上坏了，一个墨西哥家庭 ( 爸爸，妈妈，女儿) 碰巧经过，爸爸帮我修好了车。续写的第 一段段首句是 “我正要和他们告别时，女孩问我是否吃了午餐。” (When I was about to say goodbye，the girl asked if I＇d had lunch．) ，第二段段首句为 “当他们离开后，我进入我的车，打开了纸袋。” (After they left，I got into my Jeep and opened the paper bag．) 这两句话中出现的新信息是 “lunch” 和 “paper bag”，考生应把这两个关键词迅速圈画出来，并到原文中寻 找相关信息。根据 lunch和paper bag，结合原文作者一直忙于修车，还未吃午饭的信息，以及这家人乐于助人的性格，很容易能推断出续写内容为“女孩主动给我提供食物，并用纸 袋装给我 ”等相关内容。 三、确定故事冲突，思考解决方法 从近年高考读后续写真题来看，题目所给原文会对某冲 突做足背景信息铺垫， 以在续写第一段产生冲突。 因此，第一段续写方向一般较为确定，往往是续写主人公如何面对和 处理冲突，如他的心理斗争、解决过程等。这里的冲突可能 是亟待解决的问题，如2021年全国卷中双胞胎给妈妈做早餐的失败; 也有可能是主人公与自我产生的冲突，如2022全国 卷中 David被教练劝退弃赛，沮丧、难过等。因此，在写第一段内容时，考生应多积累一些遇到困难时的心理描写和愿 意面对困难、态度积极的表达，如 “汤姆不知道自己能做什 么，但他下定决心要尽力尝试 ” ( Tom didn’t know what he could do，but he made up his mind to try his best．) 或 “汤姆紧 张又不确定，他知道这很难，但他没有放弃。” ( Nervous and unsure，Tom knew it was very hard，but he didn’t give up．) 等常用且不会出错的表达。结合 “负面→ 正面 ” 的心理变化或故 事发展方向，考生可以再结合具体的问题来续写一些相应的 解决办法。 四、积累情绪表达，提炼感悟哲理 高考读后续写的故事情节发展与欧亨利小说中的一波三折不同，往往遵循 “背景→冲突→ 圆满 ” 的闭环规律，再结合 “立德树人” 的核心价值，续写结尾一般是较为圆满的 happy ending 。因此考生在续写第二段时要有意识积累一些解 决问题后的积极情绪表达，如 “汤姆十分兴奋，笑得合不拢 嘴” (Tom was so excited and happy that he grinned from ear to ear．) ，或者是 “汤姆紧紧拥抱某人，眼里满含热泪 ” ( Tom hugged sb．tightly with tears in his eyes．) 等表达。在写作收尾时，考生一般需要描写从该事件中得到的收获等，而每个故 事传达的哲理也会有差别，因此对于基础薄弱的考生来说，可以使用一些放之四海而皆准的表达，如 “汤姆从这次经历中学到了很多。”( Tom had learned so much from this experience．) 或者 “汤姆感到轻松快乐，这是他这辈子最难 忘的一天。” ( Tom felt quite relieved and happy，thinking that this was the most unforgettable day he had ever had．) 等等，这 些普适性强的表达可以有效让考生回避主题升华不准确、跑题等问题。 策略二：精准构建与展现故事情节 合理有效的情节设置是考生输出高质量续写的保证。当然，读后续写教学涉及的内容范围广，它的成功不可能一蹴而就。教师只有勤于实践、加强积累、提升自身的读写能力，才能有效引导学生开展读后续写，使学生写出合理的续写情节。一篇优秀的读后续写应该是 内容丰富充实、与所给短文融洽连贯。所接续写情节与原文在体裁、话题、思维和用语上保持风格与逻辑上的统一。写作实践中，学生可遵循如下步骤来指完成高质量的续写。 （一）细读文本，厘清脉络 1. 细读标题 在续写之前，我们要重视文章的标题，因为标题是文章整体内容的集中体现，往往能够透露一定的信息。如2021年高考I卷的读后续写的标题是“A MOTHER’S DAY SURPRISE”。该标题给读者传递了以下信息： （1）事件发生的时间：母亲节那天 （2）主要人物：母亲 （3）具体事件：母亲得到一个惊喜 2. 梳理要素 续写的文章多以故事类的记叙文为主。因此 , 我们要以厘清它的六要素来梳理故事的脉络，这有 助于学生掌握故事的基本事实，为后续构建情节做铺垫。理解文本的表层信息有助于学生获取深层信息。如 2021年高考I卷的读后续写的六要素分别是时间为“母亲节早上 6 点”；地点为“厨房”；人物有“Jenna、Jeff 和父母”；起因是“双胞胎 想给母亲炮制生日惊喜”；经过是“尝试烹饪失败”；结果是“在父亲的帮助下成功了”。 3. 整体感知 整体感知主要感知故事中的人物情感、语言特征和续写主题等。人物性格是情节发展的内在依据。故事的发展与主人公的情感起伏是息息相关的。他们之间互为表里且存在着很强的逻辑关系。因此，洞悉主角有助于考生在续写部分延续原文的人物设 定，从而更好地贴合主题，使情节更具连贯性和可 信度。如在2021年高考 I卷的读后续写所给材料中，双胞胎的体贴、积极和天真，妈妈的受人尊重和乐 于奉献，爸爸的善解人意和慈爱形象可以清晰地跃 然纸上。 为了保持语言的协同性，续写部分应判断并沿用原文的语言特点，避免因语言特点不一致而导致融洽度不高的问题。因此，考生在开始续写时，一定要好好体会原文的语言风格，使续写部分的语 言风格一脉相承。正如王初明教授所说：“内容要创造，语言要模仿，创造与模仿要紧密结合。只有 这样，我们才能进行准确而又语言丰富的续写。” 通过阅读，我们可以发现 2021年高考I卷的读后续写的语言风格是比较日常和温馨的。 语言是皮囊，情节是骨架，主题才是灵魂。主题是控制情节走向的幕后统帅。考生只有明确主 题才不至于跑题。一般读后续写传递的都是正能量， 所以考生尽量围绕“真善美”的主题去设计情节。 如虽然主人公遇险了，但一定可以安然脱困；虽然 犯错了，但一定会改正；虽然遇到了失败，但一定 可以爬起来……因此，2021 年高考I卷的读后续写也应该是一个圆满的结局，即双胞胎在爸爸的帮助下成功为妈妈做成了早餐。 （二）巧妙构思，预设情节 1. 读首句，预判故事走向 续写的段首句起承上启下的作用，提示我们 续写第一段的内容应承接上文的故事情节。续写第 一段的内容往往是事件的高潮，我们要利用续写段 首句合理推测相关人物解决问题的具体方式和实施 过程。另外，续写第一段最后一句必须能够自然地 过渡到第二段首句。而续写第二段是整个故事的结 尾部分。故事的结尾必须是续写第一段的活动所产生的正常的、合理的结果。以 2021年高考I 卷为例，根据第一段首句“当双胞胎失望地环顾四周时，他 们的父亲出现了”和第二段首句“这对双胞胎把早 餐端到楼上，叫醒了他们的母亲”可以推测，双胞 胎在父亲的指导下，完成了早餐的制作。那么，续写第一段可以讲述双胞胎是如何在父亲的指导下做好早餐的。续写第二段可以从人物的心理活动、语言和动作等方面讲述母亲的反应。 2. 找伏笔，寻求解决方案 在原文中会有一些看似无关紧要的人物或事 件作为续写时的提示或暗示，这些解决冲突的突破 点就是伏笔。伏笔是为故事的展开服务，伏笔的出现，可以帮助考生发现亟待解决的问题的方案。但是伏笔强调必须有始有终，前文的迹象提示一般最 好在后文中要有回应，即“前有伏笔，后有照应”。伏笔常零星散落在试题材料中，学生如果能成功找 出隐藏的伏笔并进行有效回应，那么这样的情节一定会很精彩。遇到多处伏笔，考生需要选择性地进 行回应。如：2021年高考I卷原文第一段中“They had watched their mother in the kitchen. There was nothing to it.Jenna and Jeff knew exactly what to do. ”暗示双胞胎 曾经 目睹母 亲烹饪，他们感觉非常自信，但事实上，他们并 没有实操经验，这就是他们在厨房中出乱子的主因。原文中的“The pair went down the stairs quietly to the kitchen. ”暗示了双胞胎想给妈 妈惊喜，所以出了问题后求助爸爸的可能性很大，这就为续写第一段中父亲的出现埋下了伏笔。原文中交代由于双胞胎缺乏经验，在尝试烹饪过程中，Jeff的手被烫伤了，厨房里一团糟。通过场景描写为续写第一段父亲帮忙埋下了伏笔，也为最后母亲看到Jeff的手而心疼做了铺垫。 3. 思情线，搭建故事框架 在获取表层和深层信息之后，在理解作者写作意图之后，在解码主题意义之后，在确定续写部分的情节线和情感线之后，教师可以引导学生思考 内容布局，为续写搭建内容、语言、情感支架，这可以为后续合理丰富情节奠定基础。以2021年高考I卷为例，故事的情节线是两个孩子在母亲节给妈妈准备惊喜早餐。情感线是蕴含在故事中的家人之间的爱或者是五育教育。根据情节线和情感线，教师可以引导学生搭建如下故事框架： Paragraph 1 父亲要发火 父亲了解情况后，没有发火 父亲和他们一起做早餐 在父亲的帮助下，早餐顺利做好了 大家非常开心 Paragraph 2 双胞胎祝母亲节快乐 母亲非常惊喜 母亲注意到了Jeff 的手 母亲万分感动 收尾点睛 （二）丰富情节，展开续写 只有华丽辞藻没有丰满内容的续写是不成功 的。续写必须兼顾情节和语言，使两者形成合力。 考生需要结合常识和生活经验，对主人公的出场顺 序、叙述的方式和详略等进行合理布局，使其最大 限度地推动情节的发展。为了使内容更加精彩感人 又发人深省，考生可以从环境、心理、动作、语言 和情感等细节处描写，但是续写部分必须交代如下 几个部分。 1. 解决冲突 读后续写的文章属于叙事类，故事一般都是围绕conflict（冲突）和solution（问题解决） 来展开。一般冲突在所给材料中已经交代了，需要考生来提供问题解决方案。如何巧妙智慧地解决冲突是非常考验学生的思维和写作能力。以2021年高考I卷为例，冲突是The twins planned to prepare a surprise for mother but failed. 根据文章中多处伏笔， 解决方案是Father helped the twins prepare breakfast. 2. 回应伏笔 通常情况下，伏笔强调有始有终，前文的迹 象提示必在后文中要有回应，考生在续写时要遵循 “寻找伏笔—回应伏笔”的写作规则。这既可以使 情节更加连贯，也有助于找到解决冲突的突破点。以 2021年高考I卷读后续写为例，“The pan was too hot and the bread turned black within seconds. ”等可以推断出结论——The kitchen is in a mess. 父亲看到此景一定会先生气。“The twins were filled with excitement as they thought of the surprise they were planning for Mother's Day. ”表明今天是母亲节，所以提醒考生给母亲递上早餐时可以说“Happy Mother's Day!”原文细节“But Jeff's hand touched the hot burner and he gave a cry of pain. ”表 明 Jeff 的手被烫伤了。那么续写部分母亲注意到 Jeff 的手肯定会万分心疼和感动。 3. 设计结尾 结局是对一个故事的完结，也表明续写的收尾。所以，设置一个符合预期和常理的结局意义重 大。设置巧妙的结局可以起到画龙点睛的作用; 草 率的结局则难免带来狗尾续貂之感。常见的结尾方式有自然式、主题升华式和以景结情式。 （1）自然式 自然式结尾指顺着事件的发生自然而然地结束全文。例如：2021年高考I卷读后续写讲述了双胞胎给母亲做早餐庆祝母亲节，但由于他们没有做过早餐，把厨房弄得一团糟，最后在父亲的帮助下为母亲做好了早餐，所以可以将“Excited and happy，their mother ate the breakfast and thanked the twins. ”作为故事的结尾，顺理成章。 （2）主题升华式 一些有哲理的记叙文，往往可以提炼某些道理。对于此类记叙文，常用一句符合主题名言或谚语给以启示。在2021年高考I卷读后续写中，可以用“Labor is the most glorious and happiest thing in the world. ”升华爱劳动的主题，宣扬劳动教育。 （3）以景结情式 以景结情式结尾指在叙述或抒情的过程中转而写景，以景代情结束全文。在2021年高考I卷读后续写中，我们就可以采用此结尾，通过场景描写传递亲情。如“She gathered the twins into her arms, beaming with pleasure and fulfillment. ” 1．阅读下面材料，根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段，使之构成一篇完整的短文。 It was an exceptionally bright weekend morning.
