各课时教学设计（Teaching plan for lessons） 第一单元(Unit 3) 语言运用 (Language in use) 课题 (Lesson title) Unit 3 Language in use. I. 教材分析 (Analysis of the learning material ) What: 本模块以音乐为话题，主要介绍西方古典音乐及其音乐家,同时也引导学生更多地了解中国音乐和音乐家,学习内容贴近学生的生活。本模块分设三个课时进行学习,本节课是这个模块中的第三课时，是一节语法课型的复习课。本单元的重点知识是感叹句，选择疑问句和一些与音乐相关的词汇以及表达喜好的习惯用法，同时还要让学生了解各种不同风格的音乐，从中体会中西方文化的差异。主要介绍了西方音乐的发展历程和著名音 乐家。本节课的内容包括: 1. 学习西方音乐的历史背景和发展; 2.了解著名音乐家 如Mozart, Beethoven, Bach等; 3. 掌握与音乐相关的词汇如: classical, rock, pop, jazz等; 4. 培养学生的听说读写能力，提高他们对西方音乐的兴趣。 How: 本课由图片导入，通过这些图片的展示能够唤起学生的背景知识，在总结感叹句前，通过简单句的呈现，学生们能够容易转换相应的短语，最后引导学生运用感叹句表达情感;在总结选择疑问前，通过图片的导入和问题的呈现，学生能够根据已掌握的知识和图片提供的信息进行准确回答，从而体验选择疑问句的应用,这样的教学环节能够使他们对本节课有所感知和体验。通过学习操练，学生可以根据感叹句和选择疑问句的用法总结，完成笔头练习。在掌握感叹句和选择疑问句用法规律后，能够把简单句转换成感叹句表达情感，能够把汉语转换成英语。 Why: 在教学过程中，学生们通过实践、讨论，体验与他人合作，共同完成学习任务的乐趣。在本课中，通过谈论彼此对音乐的态度及自己喜欢的音乐，增强彼此的了解，同时感受到集体生活的快乐。 教学目标 (Teaching objectives) 在本课学习结束时，学生能够： 1.通过本节课的学习，学生能够听懂、会说、会读、会写与西方音乐相关的词汇和句型，提高学生的英语语言运用能力。 2.通过了解西方音乐的相关知识，使学生认识到中西方音乐的差异，增强学生的文化意识，培养学生的跨文化交际能力。 3.通过分析、讨论西方音乐的特点和发展历程，提高学生的逻辑思维和批判性思维能力。 4.通过自主学习、合作学习等方式，培养学生独立思考、合作探究的学习能力，提高学生自主学习英语的兴趣。 II. 教学重、难点 (Key & difficult points) 西方音乐的发展历程，著名音乐家，与音乐相关的词汇;对西方音乐流派的认识，听说读写能力的运用。 III. 教学方法（teaching methods） 情景教学法（the Situational Method）、交际法（the Communicative Approach） 教学过程 (Learning procedures) 教学目标（Objectives） 学习活动（Activities） 效果评价（Assessment） 设计意图（Purpose） 1.通过复习前两课的内容，进行祈使句的展示和学习。 1. Go through the sentences in the practice box with the students. 2. Ask students to repeat them after you chorally and individually. 3. Go through the prompts with the class. 2)Tell students to read the example, and then write the questions individually. 3)Students check their answers in pairs by asking and answering the questions. （2）Work on Activity 2. 1)Read the example with the class. 2)Tell students to change the statements into exclamations individually using “ what a...!”. 3)Put students into pairs to check their sentences. 4)Ask some students to write their answers on the board. Correct any mistakes. （4） Work on Activity 3. 1) Write the three headings on the board and elicit a couple of examples under each. 2) Read the words in the box out for the class and ask students to repeat them chorally. 3) Put students into groups of 4-6 to brainstorm words they know. 4) Tell them everyone in the group thinks of one word for each heading, Start with the words in the box. 5) Have a competition between groups.Each group of students write down as many words as possible in the table. （5） Work on Activity 4 1) Ask students to read the conversation an complete it with the words in the box individually. 2) Ask who it is about.Elicit the answer “ It is about Mozart and Beethoven.” 3) Tell students to check their answers in pairs. 4) Around the world. Talking about Chinese music 1)Put students into pairs an tell them they are going to talk about their favourite Chinese music.
