Step2 presentation
1. Observe and discover
Guide students to observe and analyze -ing form in the sentences and phrases by comprehending and transforming to discover the use and meaning of -ing form as attribute and predicative.
2. Summarize
Guide students to summarize the key points of -ing form as attribute and predicative.
Step3 practice
1. Read the following messages posted by some exchange students on an Internet forum quickly and answer the questions. (Activity 2, P6)
(1) What are they discussing in the forum?
(2) How are the messages arranged?
(3) What festivals are mentioned in the discussion?
2. Read the messages carefully to underline and discuss with classmate the -ing form used as the attribute (A) or the predicative (P). (Activity 2, P6)
3. Students look at the picture in A3 and think about the questions. (Activity 3, P6)

在教学过程中,通过边讲解边演示再结合实际操作的方式,学生能够理解V-ing的用法,让学生感受成就感,调动学生积极性。在教学过程中我发现部分学生基础知识较为薄弱,例如定语、表语、非谓语等语法名词的概念出现不了解的情况,在未来教学中,我将关注学生的实际情况进行针对该问题的教学内容设计。
