茶百戏，福建省南平市武夷山市传统杂技，福建省省级非物质文化遗产之一。茶百戏又称分茶、水丹青、汤戏、茶戏等等，是一种能使茶汤纹脉形成物象的民间艺术，特点是仅用茶和水不用其他的原料能在茶汤中显现出文字和图像。

Tea variety shows, the traditional acrobatics of Mount Wuyi City, Nanping City, Fujian Province, is one of the provincial intangible cultural heritage of Fujian Province. Cha Bai Xi, also known as Fen Cha, Shui Dan Qing, Tang Xi, Cha Xi, and so on, is a folk art that can form objects in the veins of tea soup. Its characteristic is that it can display text and images in tea soup using only tea and water without using other ingredients.

 

茶百戏始见于唐，宋代时在闽北茶区较为流行。在宋代，人们把茶百戏与琴、棋、书并列，是士大夫喜爱与崇尚的一种文化活动。茶百戏与福建武夷山渊源颇深，宋代闽北武夷山一带，是点茶原料（团饼茶）和点茶器具（建盏）的重要产地，因此茶百戏盛行。茶百戏是在点茶基础上用清水画画的艺术，茶汤中图案的形成与点茶时茶汤的泡沫有密切关系。茶百戏可以使点茶形成的汤花瞬间显示瑰丽多变的景象，如山水云雾，状花鸟鱼虫。

Cha Bai Xi first appeared in the Tang Dynasty and was more popular in the tea area of northern Fujian during the Song Dynasty. In the Song Dynasty, people juxtaposed tea opera with qin, chess, and books, which was a cultural activity loved and revered by literati. Tea variety shows have a deep relationship with Mount Wuyi in Fujian. In the Song Dynasty, Mount Wuyi area in northern Fujian was an important origin of tea ingredients (round cake tea) and tea utensils (Jianzhan), so tea variety shows prevailed. Tea variety shows are the art of painting with clear water on the

basis of ordering tea. The formation of patterns in tea soup is closely related to the foam of tea soup when ordering tea. Cha Bai Xi can instantly display a magnificent and varied scene of the soup flowers formed by ordering tea, such as mountains and rivers, clouds and mist, and flowers, birds, fish, and insects.

 

2017年1月11日，“茶百戏”经福建省人民政府批准列入福建省第五批省级非物质文化遗产名录，项目编号：Ⅵ-18。

On January 11, 2017, "Cha Bai Xi" was approved by the People's Government of Fujian Province to be included in the fifth batch of provincial-level intangible cultural heritage list in Fujian Province, with project number: VI-18.

 

茶百戏始见于唐代，刘禹锡在《西山兰若试茶歌》描述：“骤雨松声入鼎来，白云满碗花徘徊。”到了宋代，由于受到宋徽宗和朝廷大臣、文人的推崇把茶百戏做到了极致。宋徽宗不仅撰《大观茶论》论述点茶、分茶，还亲自烹茶赐宴群臣。许多文人如陶谷、陆游、李清照、杨万里、苏轼都喜爱分茶，留下了许多描述分茶的诗文。

Cha Bai Xi first appeared in the Tang Dynasty. Liu Yuxi described it in his poem "Song of the West Mountain Orchid if Trying Tea": "The sound of sudden rain and pine trees entering the cauldron, and white clouds hovering in a bowl full of flowers." In the Song Dynasty, due to the admiration of Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty, court officials, and literati, Cha Bai Xi reached its peak. Emperor Huizong of Song not only wrote "On the Grand View of Tea" to discuss ordering and dividing tea, but also personally cooked tea and presented it to the courtiers. Many literati, such as Tao Gu, Lu You, Li Qingzhao, Yang Wanli, and Su Shi, love to divide tea and have left behind many poems and writings describing the division of tea.

陆游在《临安春雨初霁》中描述了分茶的情景：“矮纸斜行闲作草，晴窗细乳戏分茶。”陶谷在《荈茗录》中记载：“百茶戏……近世有下汤运匕，别施妙诀，使汤纹水脉成物象者，禽兽虫鱼花草之属，纤巧如画，但须臾即就散灭。”元代后分茶逐渐衰落，清代后未见分茶的详细文献记载。武夷山茶学专业章志峰

经系统研究于2009年恢复了这一古老而珍贵的文化遗产。

Lu You described the scene of dividing tea in "The Beginning of Spring Rain in Lin'an": "Short paper slants and leisurely makes grass, while fine milk plays with dividing tea in the clear window." Tao Gu recorded in "The Record of Tea": "Hundred tea plays... In modern times, there have been people who use soup to transport knives, and do not use clever techniques to make the soup patterns and water veins become objects. They belong to the category of birds, animals, insects, fish, flowers, and grass, which are delicate and picturesque, but quickly disperse and disappear." After the Yuan Dynasty, tea division gradually declined, and detailed literature on tea division has not been found since the Qing Dynasty. The systematic study of Zhang Zhifeng Classics of Mount Wuyi Tea Major restored this ancient and precious cultural heritage in 2009.

 

茶百戏的代表性作品有茶百戏图《月光曲》《马到成功》《玉女峰》等。
