2024年中考英语三轮复习重难知识点梳理与突破(通用版) 02.定语从句易错知识点 知识点梳理 一、引导词选择的条件 1.［误］Our English teacher is the one which comes from America. ［正］Our English teacher is the one who comes from America. 先行词——被定语从句所修饰的名词、代词或者词组 关系代词——在从句中替代先行词出现，作一定成分的词 先行词是人，关系代词多用who，先行词是物，关系代词多用which。 Our English teacher is the one who comes from America. 先行词是the one，指代teacher，表示人，此时的关系代词用who。 2.［误］ The only thing which the students can do is studying hard. ［正］ The only thing that the students can do is studying hard. 当only，very，any，few，little，no，或者all这类限定词， 对先行词进行修饰的时候，尽管先行词指的是物，关系代词，也只能用that This is the very dictionary that I want to buy. 这就是我想买的那本字典。 After the fire in his house, the old car is the only thing that he owned. 在他的房子着火后，那辆旧车是他唯一拥有的东西。 3.［误］This is the first American film which I've ever seen. ［正］This is the first American film that I've ever seen. 先行词本身是序数词，先行词的前面，由序数词进行修饰，其关系代词就不可用 which，只能用that。 He was the first person that passed the exam.他是第一个通过考试的人。  The second place that they visited in London was the Big Ben.他们在伦敦参观的第二个地方是大本钟。 当形容词的最高级，修饰先行词时其关系代词，只能用that This is the best book that I have ever seen.这是我见过的最好的书。 Chengdu is one of the most beautiful cities that I have ever visited.成都是我参观过的最美丽的城市之一。 【考点点睛】 一说到定语从句，我们首先要明确，两个概念，一个是先行词，他所指的，就那些被定语从句所修饰的名词、代词或者是词组。而第二个概念，是关系代词，他所指的，就是在从句中替代先行词出现，而作一定成分的那个词。 看几个例句，He is the teacher who taught me Chinese.这里的the teacher就是先行词，而who就是替代它，在从句中出现的关系代词。再看一句，This is a gold ring which is expensive.这是一支昂贵的金戒指。在这里gold ring先行词，而which就是关系代词。 在定语从句中，关系代词的使用，都是符合一定规则的，如果先行词是人，关系代词则多用who，而先行词是物，关系代词则多用which。比如第一句话Our English teacher is the one who comes from America.这句话当中，先行词是代词the one，很明显，他是在指代之前的teacher，所以他在表示人，此时的关系代词，就只能用who，而不可以用which。 再看第二句话。The only thing that the students can do is studying hard.可能有些同学会疑问，这里的先行词，thing不是在指物吗，为什么关系代词不是which呢，我们说，在英语当中，当先行词的前面，出现only，very，any，few，little，no，或者all这类限定词，对他进行修饰的时候，尽管先行词指的是物，关系代词，也只能用that。比如这句，This is the very dictionary that I want to buy.这就是我想买的那本字典，再比如这句After the fire in his house, the old car is the o
