(2) How to make a poster? 2. The teacher has students look at the screen and guess the famous works and its painter. (1) Do you know the painting? The Eight Horses Map. (2)Who painted it? Xu Beihong. (3) Can you tell us his personal information and achievements? 播放老师在班级拍摄的视频引导出本节课的主要活动—制作一位画家的海报,激发学生参与的兴趣;并从名画八骏图引出其创作者—徐悲鸿,为下一步了解海报的内容做铺垫。 5’ Class Work Group Work Poster analysis Step 2 Poster skimming and scanning Poster structure 1. Have a look at the poster of Xu Beihong on Page 41 to know the key information on a poster by answering the following questions. (1) How many parts are there in this poster? Four parts. (2) What are they? Personal information, famous works, painting styles and achievements. (3) What is mentioned in his Personal information? Birth year and place and his studying experience. (4)What are included in his painting style? Techniques and objects. (5) What does his achievement include? His influence and title. 2. Work in groups, and discuss how to make a poster about a painting.
