10.复合句 一、考查宾语从句的语序、时态与引导词 1. 语序——陈述语序：宾语从句的语序为陈述语序,否则即为错误。 2. 时态——把握“三大原则”：(1)需要性原则。即主句是现在时,从句时态根据实际需要而定。(2)呼应性原则。即主句为过去时,从句应用过去的某种时态。(3)特殊性原则。即从句若是客观真理,无论主句是什么时态,从句都用一般现在时。 3. 引导词——看答语：即根据答语来判断引导词,如问内容用what,问时间用when/what time,问地点用where,问原因用why,问方式用how等。 二、判断状语从句的类型及引导词的选择 分析语境,明确前后句之间的逻辑关系;分析各连词的确切含义;结合句意,确定答案。 三、判断定语从句的引导词 一看指人还是物（指人用that、who、whom; 指物用that、which） 二看在句中作什么成分（作主语用who、which、that;作宾语用who、whom、which、that;作定语用whose;作状语用where、when等） 三看是否属于特殊情况：即引导词只能用that的情况：（先行词是all、something等不定代词时;先行词被最高级或序数词修饰时;先行词既指人又指物时) 1.宾语从句 (1)必须是陈述语序; (2)除客观真理外,从句时态要和主句时态一致。 Would you please tell me where the writer lives? (2)such+a/an+adj.+n.+that She is such a lovely girl that we like her very much. 5.so...that...的否定结构可与too...to.../not...enough to do相互替换。 He is so young that he can’t write or read. He is too young to write or read. He isn’t old enough to write or read. 6.if、unless引导的条件状语从句和when、as soon as引导的时间状语从句的谓语动词要遵循“主将从现”原则。 I’ll give you a call as soon as I get to Kunming.
