I decided to get a Bachelor of Science in Nursing(BSN)as I had a passion for science.Besides, I enjoyed quick and critical thinking,and needed a worthwhile career.I started a BSN at the British Columbia Institute of Technology in January 2007 with the intention of specialising in Emergency. Throughout my education years,I worked about 30 hours per week sometimes even more, just to make a living.My parents supported my decisions but they lacked the finaneial resources to help me.Apart from government loans(),scholarships and my own income from work,I had no other sources of financial support.Scholarships helped me a lot when it came to paying my tuition.
