Task 1 Review the key words, expressions and grammar in this unit.
Task 2 Work in groups of four and collect information about the play for discussion.
Task 3 Observe the sample play they collect and think about the following question: What does a play consists of?
目标二:To create a short play about parent-child relationships through cooperation and exploration.
Activity 1: Answer the following questions to prepare for their play.
☆When is your birthday? And when are your parents' birthdays? Are there any differences in the birthday ceremony?
☆Describe an instance when your parents and you disagreed over something.
☆Do you think you can always be understood by your parents? And can you understand them?
☆On what issues would your parents and you get involved in a disagreement?
Activity 2: Pick one topic for you play.
As a class, discuss what topics should be presented for a play about parent-child relationships. You can use the ideas below or think of other ideas. Then in groups, pick one topic for your play.
