Not merely do our eyes enable us to see the world around us, but they also help us to communicate through facial expressions and gestures. Without proper vision, we would struggle to perform many daily tasks. To protect our eyes, I suggest several practices. To begin with, we should always follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This gives our eyes a break from focusing on close objects. In addition, we should wear sunglasses when outdoors to protect our eyes from UV rays. Plus, we should avoid looking at screens for long periods without taking breaks. Regularly taking breaks and practicing eye exercises can help reduce eye strain. Lastly, it’s a must to have yearly eye check-ups. This allows any potential issues to be detected early and treated before they become serious. I believe these proposals are effective in protecting our eyes and maintaining good vision health.               参考范文二 My proposals for protecting eyes Protecting eyes is crucial as they are the windows to the world. I believe that everyone should take proper care of their eyes for better vision and overall health. I also make sure to maintain a proper distance from the screen.Secondly, I eat lots of fruits and vegetables that are rich in antioxidants, which help to protect the eyes from damage.Lastly, I wear sunglasses when outdoors to protect my eyes from UV rays. In a word, protecting eyes is essential, and it is everyone's responsibility to take proper care of their eyes for a healthier and happier life. 参考范文三 My proposals for protecting eyes Protecting our eyes i
