第一讲：冠词 一、不定冠词基本用法 1. 用于第一次提到或出现的可数名词前，表泛指。 There is a cup on the table. The cup is red. 2. 用于可数名词单数前，泛指一类人或事物，或指同类中的“一个”。 A car must be insured. 3. 在表示价格、速度、比率等的名词前表示“每一”。 six kilometers an hour 4. 表示“某个”、“一类”，相当于a certain。 We all thought him a suitable person for the job. 5. 用于固定搭配中。 have a good time, take a break, make a living, as a matter of fact 二、定冠词基本用法 1. 前面已提及的人或物在以后提到时，或谈话双方都知道的人或物前，一般要加定冠词the，表特指。 We own a dog.
