Why have people been dreaming about time travel for many years? For one thing, history always wears a mysterious mask, so people long to uncover the mask and know more about historical events or historical figures in person. For another, inspired by scientific fictions and films, people expect to know what the world looks like in the future. 1. What does the Time Traveller think of the fourth dimension? 2. If you had a time machine, which dynasty would you go back to? Why? 3. Which historical figure would you like to meet? Watching what is shown in the mirror reflect our physical appearance; studying events and figures in the history enables us to have a better understanding of what is going on. Extension 2.
