1. Be competent.
1 Firstly, we can demonstrate knowledge of our topic by either using examples from our own experience or sharing current trends in our field. Secondly, we demonstrate competency by our presentation skills that we put into. Therefore, we’ll present a convincing speech.
2. Be connected.
Stories can inspire the emotion of our audience, through which the audience starts to connect with us on a personal level. What personal examples can we share in our speech? 2 People often trust their senior leader more if that leader is very honest...
3. Be consistent.
3 What makes a person a powerful speaker isn’t his complex speech skills. Instead, it’s his ability to be the same confident, authentic speaker on stage in front of 1,000 people as lie is in front of a group of five people.
Does our message constantly change or does it remain consistent? 4 In order to demonstrate consistency, we need to be consistently prepared and conscious about both our words and our actions. Consistency is how we build a positive reputation.
These three capacities are not easy to build. 5 When we take time to prepare a speech or difficult message, try to address the three capacities in our presentation. The results will have a massive and positive impact on us.
