2024年高考英语一轮复习夯实基础（北师大版2019） 情态动词和虚拟语气 考点一 情态动词 1．用于固定习语中：can't/can never...too...、can't/can never...enough （无论……也不过分；越……越好） *You can't be too careful when crossing a busy street. ＝You can't be careful enough when crossing a busy street. 当横穿繁忙的街道的时候，你再怎么小心都不为过/越小心越好。 2．情态动词＋have done 类型 构成及内涵 对过去发生的事情或状态进行推测 must have done sth.意为“（过去）一定做了某事”，语气比较肯定，用于肯定句中 may/might have done sth.意为“（过去）可能/也许做了某事”，语气不确定，用于肯定句和否定句中 can/could not have done sth.意为“（过去）不可能做某事”，用于否定句中 表示“与过去事实相反” could have done sth.意为“（过去）本可以做某事但实际上没做” needn't have done sth.意为“（过去）本不必做某事但实际上做了” ought to/should have done sth.意为“（过去）本应该做某事但实际上没做” 表示“与过去事实相反” oughtn't to/shouldn't have done sth.意为“（过去）本不应该做某事但实际上做了” *Sorry, I'm late. You should have fixed full attention on it. 看！你的作文里有这么多的错误。你本应该把所有的注意力都集中在它上面的。 考点二 　　　虚拟语气 （一）虚拟语气用于条件句中的3种情况 类型 从句中谓语动词的形式 主句中谓语动词的形式 与现在事实相反 动词的过去式（be动词的过去式用were） should/would/could/might＋ 动词原形 与过去事实相反 had＋过去分词 should/would/could/might＋ have＋过去分词 与将来事实相反 should/were to＋动词原形；动词的过去式 should/would/could/might＋ 动词原形 *If there were no air, we couldn't live. 如果没有空气，我们就不能生存。 *If there had been no air in the tube, the result of the experiment would have been more accurate. 如果管子里没有空气，实验的结果就会更精确。 *If he were to come tomorrow, things would be easier. 如果他明天来，事情就容易多了。 （二）虚拟语气用于名词性从句中的4种情况 1．在“It is＋important/necessary/natural/strange/essential/vital/a pity＋that...”句型中，谓语动词用“should＋动词原形”，其中should可以省略。 *It's vital that we （should） take our safety driving along the road seriously. 重视我们在道路上的安全驾驶是至关重要的。 2．在would rather （that）后的宾语从句中，从句的谓语动词如果表示现在或将来要发生的动作，从句用一般过去时；如果表示过去发生的动作，从句用过去完成时。 *I'd rather he had gone to the seaside with me the day before yesterday. 要是他前天和我去海边就好了。 3．句中含有以下单词或其变形时，该句中的名词性从句部分常用虚拟语气，其谓语动词形式为“should＋动词原形”，其中should可以省略。 *He suggested that we（should） start off early the next day. 他建议我们第二天早点出发。 4
