Unit 5 The broken computer教学设计 教学目标 学生能够理解故事大意并分角色朗读故事;优生能在教师的引导下复述故事大意。 学生故事情境中和在教师的帮助下理解情景词汇: advice, manual, screen, accident, explain, switch, should等。 能够在故事情境中理解如何寻求和表达建议的方法并简单运用;体会should的用法。 能够在遇到问题时积极寻求他人帮助并解决问题;养成诚实做人、助人为乐的品质;能够合理安排时间。 学情分析 有90%的学生喜欢学习故事教学的内容,因为学生认为这部分知识创设了学习英语的真实情景,而且在画面的帮助下,比较容易理解,能够知道故事的大概意思。喜欢在课上模仿录音的朗读,体验英语学习的韵律美。但是有将近一半的学生认为把故事讲出来还有一定的困难,缺乏足够的信心 重点难点 理解故事大意。初步朗读故事,部分学生能够分角色朗读故事。 初步理解句型:What should I do ? You should …来表达故事中人物的建议。 教学过程 【导入】Warming　up Guessing game. Talk about the computer parts. Free talk T: What can you do with the computer? T: Oh, I’m sorry. I press the wrong switch. Don’t worry. I can fix it. (教师故作按错按钮。) Step1:理解大意 1. Talk about Picture1 T: Do you like playing the computer games? When do you often play ? T: Does Daniel like playing the computer games? Look! Where is he? What’s he doing? How does he feel? What happened? 2. 整体视听,理解故事大意。 T: Let’s listen.  What happened ?   (教师出示课题) How does he feel? (贴板书头像写worried) Why? Step2: 理解细节 1. Who gives advice? T:   Daniel has a big problem. He asks his friends for some advice. Who gives Daniel advice? (出示人物图片) 2. Underline the advice What advice do they give him? T: Let’s watch the story. Please listen and under line their advice. (教师示范) 3. Read the advice in pairs 4. Check the answers.   出示所有表达建议的词条。   指名挑出朋友的建议并贴在相应人物的后面。 Step3: 分段学习故事 1. 理解并朗读图2、3、4 T: Look at the picture2, Where are they? Let’s listen and repeat. Look at pictuer4, where are they now? Can Daniel tell his father? Why? What day is it today? So he can’t play the computer games. Daniel goes out and meets Sue and Lisa. 2.理解并朗读图5,6 T: Which picture is about Sue and Lisa?
