专题05 通知/欢送辞/倡议书

Writing 1　通知

 

通知是上级对下级、组织对成员布置工作、传达情况或告诉公众某件事情等情况时使用的一种应用文体，通常分为口头通知和书面通知两种。具体写作架构为：

 

1．吸引阅卷人的开头句

①Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention, please? I have an announcement to make.

②Attention, please. I have something important to announce.

③Aiming to promote the traditional Chinese culture, the Students' Union is to hold a poetry recitation contest.

2．吸引阅卷人的篇中句

①I'm more than delighted to tell you that an on-site English Handwriting Competition will be held from 5：00 pm to 5：15 pm on 6 April in each classroom.

②To promote cultural exchange between China and other countries, the local TV station will organise a Chinese Character Dictation Competition. I'd like to inform you of some details as follows.

③Every student in Senior Three is to participate in the competition by copying the given materials onto the given paper.

3．吸引阅卷人的结尾句

①Everyone is welcome to take part in it.

②That's all. Thank you.

③All are required to come on time. Your participation will surely make a difference.

欢送辞是在接待来宾结束时，对其离去表示友情欢送的致词。具体写作架构为：

 

1．吸引阅卷人的开头句

Good morning, everyone! How time flies! Two years went by before we realized that our exchange activities came to an end.On behalf of our school, I would like to express my thanks.

2．吸引阅读人的篇中句

①As scheduled, we participated in a variety of instructive activities, such as learning Chinese characters.We also enjoyed taking exercise together, which promoted our friendship.

②Another attraction was that when we went to the restaurant, we tasted the extremely delicious Chinese food, which was quite different from yours.

③While visiting the art exhibition, we discussed the great artists' works,  which  broadened our horizons.

①As far as I'm concerned, everyone here is a member of our big family.
