文体四　感谢信&道歉信&祝贺信&邀请信 感谢信 感谢信是向帮助、关心或支持过自己的集体或个人表示感谢的书信，要表达出诚挚的谢意。其结构一般如下： [高分句型] 首段：表明写信目的 1．I am writing this letter to express my sincere thanks for.../I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to you for... 我写这封信是为了表达我对……的真诚感谢。/我想为……向你表达我诚挚的谢意。 2．Upon leaving.../graduation，I'd like to express my heartfelt/sincere thanks to you for... 离开……时/毕业之际，我想向你表示我诚挚的感谢，感谢你…… 主体部分：解释感谢的原因 1．Without your timely help，I would not have been.../Thanks to your help, I have made rapid progress in.../But for your help，I would not have made so much progress in... 没有你的及时帮助，我就不会……/多亏了你的帮助，我在……方面进步很快。/要不是你的帮助，我在……(方面)不会取得如此大的进步。 2．There's no denying that it is very difficult for me to...without your help. 不可否认，没有你的帮助对我来说……是非常困难的。 3．Whenever I have difficulty in...you are the one that I will turn to first. 每当我在……(方面)遇到困难时，你就是我首先要求助的人。 尾段：再次致谢并表达回报意愿 1．Your kindness and help will always be remembered by me. 我将永远铭记你的善意和帮助。 2．My gratitude is beyond description./Words fail to express my thanks to you. 感激之情，无以言表。 3．I deeply appreciate your help and I hope to have the opportunity to reward your kindness. 我非常感谢你的帮助，并且我希望有机会回报你的好意。 道歉信 道歉信常用来表示赔礼道歉、消除误解；婉拒信一般用于拒绝别人的邀请。这两种信件的结构较为相似，一般如下： [高分句型] 首段：表示歉意/感谢邀请，婉拒道歉 1．I'm sorry to say that I won't be able to...with you tomorrow.Therefore，I'm writing to make an apology/say sorry to you. 很抱歉，我明天不能和你……。因此，我写信向你道歉。 2．It's a great pity that I can't make it. 很遗憾我去不了。 3．I'm writing to apologize to you for.../I'm writing to make an apology to you for... 我写信为……向你道歉。 4．I'm writing to express/convey my sincere apologies to you for... 我写信为……向你表达我诚挚的歉意。 主体部分：说明具体原因 1．I had intended to...with you，but...As a result，I have to... 我原打算同你一起……但是……。因此，我不得不…… 2．The reason for my delay/absence/failing to keep the promise is that...I have no choice but to... 我耽搁/缺席/未能履行诺言的原因是……我别无选择，只能…… 3．We had planned to...As luck would have it，I have an unexpected visitor/business to deal with.Therefore，I have to put off... 我们原打算……不巧，我有一位不速之客/意外的事情要处理。因此，我只好推迟…… 尾段：提出补救措施，再次道歉 1．I was
