报道类应用文是对最新发生事情的报道，特点是用事实说话。语言应简练理性。

（例一）（2023·1月浙江首考）上周末你参加了校学生会组织的“认识我身边的植物”活动。请为校英文报写篇报道， 内容包括： 1. 活动的过程；   2. 收获与感想。 注意： 1. 写作词数应为 80 左右； 2. 请按如下格式在答题纸的相应位置作答。 Getting to Know the Plants Around Us

（例四）假定你是李华。上周日学校组织全校高三师生去人民公园进行了-次户外郊游活 动，受到了大家的一致好评。请你就本次活动给学校英语报写一篇报道。 内容包括: 1.活动时间、地点， 2.活动内容， 3.活动的意义 词数80左右，可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯. A meaningful outdoor activity

写作框架：

Paragraph 1：background information 点明背景（time、where、when、who、what）

            交代时间、地点、参加的人物、场所和所报道的活动。

Paragraph 2：details about the report ，result and response列出具体活动的过程，结果或观众的反应。

Paragraph 3：the meaning of this competition/activity 这场活动/比赛的意义

 

注意：报道写作首先最好有一个标题，如 an exciting competition；其次是导语(leadings)，通常为文章第一段或第一句，为消息的核心内容， 尽可能回答5个W和一个H，即What(何事)、Who（何人）、Where(何地)、Why(为何)和How（如何）；中间是文章的主体(body)：是消息的主要部分，对导语内容的进一步展开阐述，是对活动内容的介绍；最后一段是结语(ending/ comments/ meaning)，即对这一活动进行简短的评论或感想。
