中考英语语法热点精讲精练系列14：主从复合句 一、考点梳理 考点一 宾语从句 在句子中起宾语作用的从句称为宾语从句。宾语从句分为三类：动词的宾语从句、介词的宾语从句和形容词的宾语从句。 1. 由 that 引导的宾语从句 (1) 当从句部分表示陈述语气时，由连接词 that 引导宾语从句，that 只充当引导词，没有词义，在从句中不作任何成分，在口语或非正式文体中 that 可以省略。that 引导的宾语从句可以作动词或形容词的宾语，一般不作介词的宾语。由 that 引导的宾语从句，主句的谓语动词通常是 think, hope, say, tell, know, see, hear, mean, feel, find, wish 等。 You might think those products were made in those countries. 你可能认为那些产品是那些国家制造的。 I am glad that you have come. 你来了，我很高兴。 (2) 下列情况 that 不能省略： a. 当出现两个或两个以上 that 引导的宾语从句时，第一个 that 可以省略，其他的不能省略。  She told me (that) the film was very good and that she wanted to see it again.  她告诉我那部电影很好，而且她还想再看一次。 b. 当宾语从句的主语是 this/that 时，引导词 that 不能省略。  She said that that was a secret.  她说那是一个秘密。 c. 当 that 引导的宾语从句中又有从句时，that 不能省略。  Studies show that if you are interested in something, your brain is more active.  研究表明，如果你对某物感兴趣，你的大脑就更活跃。 2. 由 whether/if 引导的宾语从句 (1) 当从句表示一种疑问语气时，由 whether/if 引导宾语从句。whether/if 在宾语从句中不作任何成分，但含有“是否”的含义，在句中不能省略。 I’ll see whether she’s at home. 我会看看她是否在家。 (2) whether 和 if 通常可以通用，但下列情况只能用 whether，不能用 if。 a. 介词后面的宾语从句只用 whether 引导。  Our success depends on whether we work hard.  我们的成功取决于我们是否努力。 b. 与 or not 连用时，只用 whether 引导宾语从句。  She didn’t say whether or not she would come.  她没有说她是否会来。 c. 宾语从句置于句首时，只用 whether 引导。  Whether he will come, I can’t say.  我说不准他是否会来。 拓展： whether 后可以接不定式，if 则不能。 I don’t know whether to sell the old car.我不知道是否要把旧车卖掉。 3. 由连接词引导的宾语从句 当从句部分表示特殊疑问时，就用连接代词或连接副词引导宾语从句。 (1) 由连接代词引导 连接代词 what, who, whom, whose, which 引导宾语从句时，在从句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语等。不能省略。 No one knows exactly what happened. 没有人确切地知道发生了什么事。 (2) 由连接副词引导 连接副词 when, where, how, why 等引导宾语从句时，在从句中作状语，不能省略。 Can you tell me when the band starts playing this evening? 你能告诉我今天晚上乐队什么时候开始演奏吗？ 拓展： 由how 构成的短语how old, how many, how much, how often, how far, how long 等也可以引导宾语从句。 Find out how many people in your group agree with you. 找出你的小组里有多少人同意你的观点。 (3) 可以连接连接代词或连接副词引导的宾语从句的动词或短语动词有 ask, decide, choose, tell, say, see, find out, show, remember, know 等。 Have you decided when you wi
