n. have a desire to do/ for sth. 有做某事的欲望
have no desire to do sth. 不想做某事
v. desire to do sth. 渴望做某事
注意:
desire后接从句时,从句要用虚拟语气,谓语动词用“should+动词原形”,should可以省略。
e.g. The manager desired that you (should) complete the work in one week.
