教学过程
Step 1 Warming up and review
1.师生互致问候。
2.根据学生的回答,教师出示课本第9页的三幅挂图,与学生进行问答练习。如:
(1)Where is Wang Tao?Why?
(学生回答,教师在第一幅图旁板书in hospital和broke his leg。)
(2)What can they do to help him?
(学生回答,教师在第二幅图旁板书take some fruits和help him with his lessons。)
(3)Is that basket heavy?
(学生回答,教师在第三幅图旁板书heavy/light和carry。)
3.复习上一节课所学的单词、词组和句子,引出今天的话题:Helping Each Other。
4.揭示课题并板书:Unit 2 Helping Each Other Part B。
Step 2Presentation
(一)初读对话,理解课文内容
1.教师说:“Now Wang Tao’s classmates are talking with him. Wang Tao is happy to see them. What are they talking about?”
2.教师播放课文录音或多媒体教学光盘,学生小声模仿跟读对话内容。
3.教师说:“通过对话,你们了解到王涛的身体情况了吗?他在担心什么呢?”边说边出示单词feel和worry。
4.请学生再读一次课文,找出答案,教师板书I feel better.和I
