Riverside Science Centre — Discover science by doing it!

Each day begins with a hands-on experiment in our real laboratories. This year’s programme includes building and launching water rockets, extracting DNA from a strawberry, programming a small robot to cross a maze, and exploring light and colour with lasers. Every group is led by working scientists and university volunteers, so campers can ask them anything — from how they chose their careers to what a real laboratory looks like after dark.
