Wildlife vacations are popular because they let us see animals in nature. They help us relax, escape from daily life, and learn about the world. With so many choices, it can be hard to decide where to go. Here are four wonderful wildlife experiences. All of these trips should be taken responsibly so that animals and local people benefit.

Gorilla (大猩猩) tracking in Rwanda and Uganda

Seeing gorillas in the wild is often called a life-changing experience. These huge animals are surprisingly gentle, and they sometimes behave in ways that seem almost human. You can visit mountain gorillas in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. Responsible travelers keep a safe distance and do not disturb the gorillas.

A Big Five safari (观兽旅行) in Africa

Africa offers safaris for every taste and budget. You can take a classic jeep safari in East Africa and follow the Great Migration. Or you can go on a self-drive vacation in South Africa and Namibia. In Botswana and Zambia, brave travelers can even walk in the bush with an expert guide. The “Big Five” are the lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and black rhino. Other animals, such as hippos, hyenas and zebras, are also exciting to see.
