一、作业设计说明
（一）设计理念
本课时作业围绕"城市与家乡"这一主题展开，以中国地图为载体，通过介绍北京、上海、广州、成都四座城市的方位与气候，引导学生学会用英语描述城市的位置（in the north/south/east/west/southwest of China）和气候特点。作业设计注重语言学习与地理常识的结合，让学生在练习英语的同时，了解祖国地域辽阔、气候多样，增强热爱祖国的情感。
（二）作业目标
1. 知识目标：掌握 map, city, north, south, east, west, southwest, cold, humid, climate 等核心词汇，能熟练运用"It's in the ______ of China."和"What's the climate like?"句型。
2. 能力目标：能读懂介绍城市方位与气候的短文，能对照地图用英语说出中国主要城市的位置和气候特点。
3. 情感目标：了解祖国不同城市的地理与气候差异，萌发热爱祖国大好河山的情感。
