使用说明：本清单按动作类型而非题材分类，同一句可迁移到亲情、校园、救助等任意场景。先看旁批点出的结构，再整句背诵；考场上先定人物此刻“在做什么”，再从对应类别里取句改写。

★ 一、走·跑·冲（移动类）

1. I shuffled to the door, my feet dragging as if unwilling to leave.

我拖着步子挪到门口，脚像不情愿离开似的。

▸ 独立主格 my feet dragging + as if，把“不想走”写进脚，而不是写进心里。

2. He broke into a run, his schoolbag bouncing against his back.

他忽然跑起来，书包在背上一下下颠着。

▸ break into a run 比 begin to run 地道；后置独立主格让画面有晃动感。

3. She dashed across the yard, splashing through the puddles.

她冲过院子，踩得水花四溅。

▸ dash + splashing 分词，一次给两个动作，读者能听见水声。

4. I crept up the stairs, one hand on the railing, one step at a time.

我蹑手蹑脚上楼，一只手扶着栏杆，一步一停。

▸ creep 本身带“轻”，再加两个短语，节奏立刻慢下来。

5. They raced towards the gate, breath steaming in the cold.

他们朝大门冲去，呼出的白气在冷空气里翻腾。

▸ race + 分词，体感与天气一次写全，适合场景转换的第一句。

6. He strode in without knocking, as though the room belonged to him.

他没敲门就大步走了进来，好像这屋子本来就是他的。

▸ stride 写“有底气的走”；as though 一句让性格立住。

★ 二、手部动作（递·握·抓·放）

7. She pressed the folded note into my palm and closed my fingers around it.

她把折好的纸币按进我手心，又把我的手指合上。

▸ press into + close around，两个手部动词接力，比 gave me 有分量。

8. I gripped the edge of the desk until my knuckles turned white.

我死死抓住桌沿，抓到指节发白。

▸ grip + until 引出结果，紧张靠结果显影，不靠形容词。

9. He reached over, took the cup from my hand, and set it down gently.

他探过身，从我手里接过杯子，轻轻放下。

▸ 三个动作一气呵成；gently 一落，人物性情就出来了。
