应用文——建议信

建议信是高考英语中最常考的应用文类型之一。它要求考生就某一具体问题或现象，向特定对象（如老师、校长、朋友、编辑等）提出合理化建议。写好建议信的关键在于：语气礼貌得体、建议具体可行、逻辑层次清晰。近年来考题形式灵活，会出现二选一推荐、方案优选等变体。这类题目核心是提供参考意见，依然归为建议类应用文；写作时依然保持客气委婉，重点放在陈述选择的理由上。

 

假设你是李华，你的笔友张明来信说他英语学得不大好，请你给他写一封回信，提一些建议，帮助他学好英语。内容提示：

1. 一定要做好课前预习    2. 课堂上认真听讲，记好笔记

3. 课后认真独立完成作业  4. 每天进行英语听说练习  5. 加强课外阅读扩大词汇量

 

首段

第1句：写作背景  <4选1>

※读完你的信后，我了解到你在学习英语方面遇到了困难。

①After I read your letter, I learn that you are having trouble in learning English.

②After reading your letter, I learn that you are having trouble in learning English.

（注：这两句语义完全一致，第二句用现在分词短语 after reading 作状语，更简洁，更适合英语写作。）

③I have received your letter, saying that you are having trouble in learning English.

我已收到你的来信，信中说你在学习英语方面遇到了困难。

④I’m glad to receive your letter asking for my advice on how to learn English well.

很高兴收到你的来信，你在信中向我咨询如何学好英语的建议。

第2句:写作目的   <2选1>

①I am writing to give you some suggestions, which I think may be helpful to you.（定语从句）

我写这封信是为了给你一些建议，我认为这些建议或许能对你有所帮助。

②I am writing to share my views upon this problem, which I think may be of help to you.（定语从句）

我写这封信是为了分享我对这个问题的一些看法，我认为这些看法或许能对你有所帮助。

第3句：建议  <3选1>

①Here are my suggestions/tips on learning English.以下是我关于学习英语的一些建议。

②Here are several useful and practical suggestions for you.这里有几条实用且有效的建议想送给你。

③Some suggestions can be listed as follows.具体建议如下。

 

综合表达（背诵！！！）：

※ Learning that you are troubled by... , I’d like to give you a hand.得知你被...所困扰，我想帮你一把。

※ You have asked me for my advice regarding/with regard to...and I think the following tips can help you.你向我征求关于...的建议，我认为以下建议可能会帮到你。

※ I have received your letter saying that... It is my pleasure to offer you some advice on...我收到你的信，信上说...。我很高兴能在...方面给你一些建议。

※ As far as I am concerned,several measures could be taken to...在我看来，我们可以采取一些措施...

 

中间段(根据题目发挥）

建议内容（本例题）

课前: 做好预习准备     prepare/ make preparations for

课堂: 上认真听讲,记好笔记   pay attention to what the teacher says carefully

课后: 认真独立完成作业  finish your homework by yourself/on your own

每天: 进行英语听说练习  practice listening and speaking every day

加强课外阅读扩大词汇量  enrich/enlarge your vocabulary.

中间段注意使用相关衔接词/过渡词（见P3）

 

结尾段（背诵！！！）
