B 13. A 14. C 15. D
根据前文“But many people are doing it wrong.”以及下文列举的“Be careful with whitening toothpaste.”和“Don’t brush too hard.” B选项“Here’s some advice to protect your teeth.”
根据空前“But if you use it too often, it is bad for your teeth.”说明频繁使用美白牙膏有害,以及空后的“They’ll tell you how often to use it.” A选项“It’s better to ask doctors first.”
根据本段小标题“Don’t brush too hard.”以及空后“In fact, brushing too hard can hurt the outside of your teeth.” C选项“Brushing harder doesn’t mean cleaner teeth.”
根据本段小标题“Don’t miss the bedtime brush.”以及空前的“Some people brush only in the morning.” 再结合空后指出的夜间细菌残留危害“During the night, food and bacteria stay on your teeth…” D选项“But brushing before bedtime is even more important.”
