3. 语言小贴士（考点归纳）。

① be based on 意为“根据……改编／以……为基础”，常用被动结构：The film is based on Ernest Hemingway's novel of the same name.（这部电影根据海明威的同名小说改编。）

② not as good as 意为“不如……”，与比较级可互换：It was not as good as I expected. = It was worse than I expected.（它没有我期待的那么好。）

③ be disappointed with / about sth. 对某事失望：I was a bit disappointed with it.（我对此有点失望。）注意 disappointing 意为“令人失望的”，用于修饰物。

④ star v. 主演；a film starring Anthony Quinn（由安东尼·奎因主演的电影）；star in 主演（某部作品）。

⑤ 询问看法：What do you think of it? = How do you like it?（你觉得它怎么样？）

⑥ 分项评价电影的常用语：The music is fantastic. / The acting wasn't very good. / I was a bit disappointed with the plot.

⑦ 总体判断常以 Overall 引出：Overall, it's a waste of time.（总的来说，它是在浪费时间。）

⑧ add v. 增加：it added some characters that didn't appear in the book.（它增加了一些原著中没有出现的人物。）

⑨ 描述看电影经历用一般过去时：I watched ... / It was ... / It added ...，与谈论感受的一般现在时可对照使用。

⑩ one 作代词：this one 指代“这部电影”；Maybe we can watch this one together.（也许我们可以一起看这一部。）

⑪ recommend v. 推荐：recommend the film to sb.（把这部电影推荐给某人）；recommend doing sth.。

⑫ 比较书与电影：Do you like the film or the novel better? Why?（你更喜欢电影还是原著？为什么？）
