第一部分 笔试部分
一、阅读理解(共15小题,每小题2分,满分30分)
阅读下列短文,从每题所给的四个选项(A、B、C和D)中选出最佳选项。
2026 is the 48th year of China’s reform and opening-up (改革开放). A talk between the older and younger generations (两代人) shows how people’s lives have changed.
●Camera
I bought this camera in 1998. It was from Japan. At that time, you could only buy things from other countries in special stores. Back then, cameras used expensive film (昂贵的胶卷), so every photo was important. It usually cost around 15 yuan to develop (冲洗) a roll of film. But at that time, I only made 510 yuan a month!
Xu Zhenhe, 57, Beijing
Usually, the cameras on our phones are enough for us to take photos now. Expensive cameras are no longer necessary for ordinary needs. We can even edit (编辑) photos on our phones.
Xu Zhaolin, 25, Beijing
●Food coupon (粮票)
When I was a kid, we had to use food coupons, or liangpiao, to get food. Each person had a fixed quantity (定量) of grain each month. Sometimes we didn’t have enough rice to eat, so we could often eat the stored coarse (粗糙的) grains like sweet potatoes.
Huang Kunrong, 72, Sichuan
We lead a better life without worrying about food shortages any more. We often have different dishes every day. We also travel to many different places and taste so many local dishes. What’s more, we don’t have to use coupons to pay.
Xiao Yao, 14, Sichuan

【导语】本文是一篇记叙文,主要讲了2026年是中国改革开放第48年,本文通过相机、粮票两个维度对新老两代人不同生活经历的表述,展现改革开放以来民众生活发生的变化。
【详解】1.细节理解题。根据Xu Zhenhe的表述“It usually cost around 15 yuan to develop a roll of film. But at that time, I only made 510 yuan a month!”,冲洗一卷胶卷需要15元,他当时月收入为510元,通过计算510÷15=34,所以一个月最多能冲洗34次。

Autonomous driving (自动驾驶) is becoming an important part of future transportation, but it still faces many challenges in technology and infrastructure (基础建设).
A report from China Youth Daily explains that there are two main types of self⁃driving systems today: those that use cameras and those that use LiDAR (激光雷达). Each system has its own problems. For example, Tesla’s system uses cameras and deep learning, without high⁃precision (高精度的) maps. It works well in clear weather but has trouble in bad conditions like heavy rain or fog. Other companies, like Xiaopeng Motors, use LiDAR technology, but it is expensive, making it hard to use widely.
Another problem is keeping the cars safe from hackers (黑客). Hackers can break into the car’s system and take control of it using the internet. This could cause accidents or lead to the hackers asking for money.
Self⁃driving cars can have problems when something unexpected happens. For example, if a traffic light stops working, the car might not know what to do because it is only trained to follow the light. Also, if a child runs into the street, the car needs to react fast, but sometimes its sensors (感应器) might not see the child in time.
Besides these technical problems, the infrastructure for autonomous driving is still in the early stages of exploration, said the BBC. Many cities don’t have a clear plan for their traffic systems. Self⁃driving cars need to share data quickly and have powerful computers. Making cars and roads work together needs a lot of teamwork. But right now, many cities don’t have the technology to send data fast enough.
“Even though self⁃driving cars perform as well as or even better than humans in some situations, it will still take time before they can be widely used, ” said Zhang Yongwei, an electric vehicle expert.
4.Why isn’t LiDAR technology widely used?
A.It is not safe enough. B.It needs high⁃precision maps.
C.It is very expensive. D.It is still under development.
5.What does Paragraph 3 say about self⁃driving cars?
A.They don’t break down often.
B.They can protect themselves from hackers.
C.They can be hacked and controlled.
D.They can deal with accidents by themselves.
6.Why is the current infrastructure a problem for using self⁃driving cars?
A.Not all roads in the cities have traffic lights.
B.Data is not shared quickly enough to meet needs.
C.There are not enough computers to process data.
D.Self⁃driving cars can only run on straight roads.
7.How does Zhang Yongwei see the future of self⁃driving cars?
A.They will never perform as well as human drivers.
B.They will soon replace all human⁃driven cars.
C.They will cause many serious social problems.
D.They will require more time for development.
【答案】4.C 5.C 6.B 7.D

Do you often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day? Have you noticed that it can be hard to organize your time well? Here are some time management tips to help you organize your day better and make the most of your time.
Don’t depend on your memory alone. Write a “to-do” list for each day, especially the night before or first thing in the morning.
Things don’t always go as planned. Experts say that mistakes and unexpected things can take up half of your time. You may need to change your plans and do fewer things than you wanted.
If you are sure that what you have to do is of great importance, it will be easier to say “no” to things that you don’t have to do and to people who make unexpected demands (要求) on your time. Remember, saying “no” isn’t always a weakness.
People have more energy at different times of day. Some work better in the morning while some in the afternoon or evening. Try to do your tasks at the time that works best for you.
When there’s a job you really dread doing, don’t keep putting it off. Make “holes” in it by breaking it into smaller tasks. Do them one at a time and set a time limit (限定). This is called the “Swiss cheese method”.
Good time management helps you work smarter, not harder. Try these tips step by step and see what works for you. If you keep trying and know yourself well, you can take control of your time - and feel more comfortable and successful every day.
8.How does the writer lead in the topic?
A.By listing numbers. B.By using examples.
C.By explaining reasons. D.By asking questions.
9.Suppose you are busy with an important interview, but your friend invites you to play soccer. What should you say to him according to the text?
A.Sure, let’s play together. B.Sorry, I’m not available.
C.Let me ask my mom for advice. D.No, I have no idea.
10.Which of the following is the closest to the underlined word “dread”?
A.Fear. B.Regret. C.Forget. D.Enjoy.
11.What might be the best title of the text?
A.Make a To-do List B.Know Yourself Well
C.Stop Wasting Time D.Manage Your Time Wisely
【答案】8.D 9.B 10.A 11.D
第一段通过连续提问:“Do you often feel like there aren’t enough hours in the day? Have you noticed that it can be hard to organize your time well?”引出话题,因此作者是通过提问的方式引入主题。
9.第四段提到:“it will be easier to say ‘no’ to things that you don’t have to do”,说明面对不必要的请求要学会拒绝,因此应该对朋友表示抱歉、说明自己没空。
10.第六段中“dread”所在句子:“When there’s a job you really dread doing, don’t keep putting it off”,结合后文将任务拆分处理的做法,可判断“dread”含义与“Fear”(害怕、畏惧)相近。
11.全文围绕“Here are some time management tips to help you organize your day better”展开,介绍多种时间管理方法。
Many teenagers close their books or give up easily when they meet difficulties again and again. They easily believe that their efforts are useless and finally stop challenging themselves. The common but harmful state of mind—giving up because of repeated failures—is called learned helplessness.
The idea was first proved by Seligman, a famous American psychologist, in his experiment in the 1960s. He put some dogs in a closed box with no way out. Then he gave the small electric (电的) shocks that the dogs could not avoid. Try as they might, the dogs could not run away or stop the pain. Later, Seligman opened a clear door in the box—the dogs could easily escape if they wanted. But surprisingly, they just lay there and gave up trying at all. The experiment showed that repeated failure could make living things lose the courage to try, whether animals or humans.
Such a state mainly comes from three kinds of wrong thinking. First, people hold a strong belief that they can hardly change the results no matter how hard they work. Second, they often connect failure with their own weaknesses but pay little attention to outside conditions, such as the environment or unexpected accidents. Third, they only see their mistakes but completely ignore the progress they have made. For example, a runner feels upset about not winning the running race but fails to notice his running speed has improved.
_________ He developed another idea “learned optimism*”, which means optimism can be learned and trained as a useful life skill. To help people learn it easily, he designed the ABCDE method.
Learned helplessness is not a final state. By using the ABCDE method, setting small and clear goals, and praising our own progress, we can build optimism little by little. Failure is not a final comment, but a chance for us to think and improve.
* optimism: a feeling that good things will happen and that something will be successful.
12.What did Seligman’s experiment in the 1960s show?
A.Dogs could easily escape from a closed box.
B.Electric shocks are very harmful to animals.
C.Repeated failure can make living things give up trying.
D.Animals are cleverer than humans in some ways.
13.The underlined word “ignore” in Paragraph 3 probably means “_________”.
A.pay no attention to B.take good care of C.find out D.look forward to
14.Which sentence can be put in the “__________”?
A.As a result, nobody wants to face their mistakes.
B.Besides, Seligman did more experiments on animals.
C.However, Seligman’s later research brought people hope.
D.Unluckily, Seligman found no useful ways to help people.
15.Which of the following is the best title for the passage?
A.How Optimism Changes Our Life B.How to Deal with Failure in School
C.How to Overcome Learned Helplessness D.How Seligman’s Dogs Learned to Give Up
【答案】12.C 13.A 14.C 15.C
根据文章第2段“The experiment showed that repeated failure could make living things lose the courage to try, whether animals or humans.”可知,该实验证明反复的失败会让生物失去尝试的勇气。
13.词句猜测题。根据文章第3段“they only see their mistakes but completely ignore the progress they have made.”,句中but表示转折,前半句提到人们只看到自己的错误,可推知后半句表示完全忽视自己取得的进步,ignore意为“忽视,不关注”。
14.推理判断题。前文围绕习得性无助的负面内容展开介绍,根据文章第4段“He developed another idea “learned optimism”, which means optimism can be learned and trained as a useful life skill.”

Should Schools Be Year-Round?
Usually, schools have a long summer break (vacation). Many students say July and August are the best time of the year, when summer starts, and school is out for a long vacation. They don’t like to have a long summer break. Instead, they take shorter breaks spread out during the year. That means there is not a long summer break in a year-round school, but several shorter breaks in a year.
More and more schools are becoming year-round places of learning. But is studying year-round better for students?
Year-round schools are better. They allow families to plan vacations at other times. Students can enjoy time off in every season
Students can get a short break when they feel tired. And they have less stress when they go back to school after only a short break.
Summer is a great season. Most families plan vacations over the summer. Students should be allowed to enjoy their summers fully. What’s more, most schools don’t have air conditioning. How can students learn in a hot classroom?
Schools with long summer breaks work just fine. There is no need to change.

A.Studying year-round is a bad idea.
B.Regular (有规律的) short breaks are good for students.
C. Two American teenagers hold different opinions.
D.I think the key is to offer students places to relax.
