(3)短语动词与固定搭配稳定出现:如 depend on、think about、give up、put off、take off、set off 等,是高频得分点,须逐题核验搭配与语义。
(4)比较级与连接词考查升温:如 funnier / smarter / heavier / younger 等比较结构,以及 that / what / how / why 等连接词,常结合句式与上下文判断。
(2)动词及短语辨析(约 24 题):动作逻辑与短语动词并重,如 continue / start / stop、give up / put off / take off、depend on / think about。
(5)连词与介词(约 12 题):句间逻辑与固定搭配,如 that / what / how / why、in / on / at / for、about / from。
【点拨1】名词辨析——以 Passage 5 题 1 为例:原文写道“As a young man, he worked hard and became a 1 in the field of software”。
【点拨2】动词及短语辨析——以 Passage 3 题 1 为例:原文写道“In 1876, Alexander Graham Bell 1 the telephone, which changed the way people communicate”。
【点拨3】形容词辨析——以 Passage 6 题 2 为例:原文写道“Emma was 2 than others of her age, and because of her fat body, her classmates often made fun of her”。空处需填入形容词(比较级),描述 Emma 的体型特征;结合后文“because of her fat body”可知她比同龄人更胖,选项 C(heavier)最契合语境,故选 C。
【点拨4】副词辨析——以 Passage 4 题 9 为例:原文写道“Impressed, Prince Pingyuan allowed Mao to join his team, and 9 made the king of Chu agree to help them”。
【点拨5】连词与介词——以 Passage 1 题 3 为例:原文写道“Sometimes she felt tired and worried 3 they could not find useful plants”。
【点拨6】固定搭配——以 Passage 1 题 2 为例:原文写道“At that time, malaria killed thousands of people every year, so she decided to 2 for a special treatment”。
【点拨7】逻辑推断——以 Passage 6 题 9 为例:原文写道“It was time for PE class again, but this time Emma was as 9 as Kit”。
【点拨8】文化背景——以 Passage 4 题 1 为例:原文写道“Modesty (谦虚) is a valuable quality... However, the phrase ‘Mao Sui recommending himself’ seems to 1 this”。

【点拨8】文化背景——以 Passage 4 题 1 为例:原文写道“Modesty (谦虚) is a valuable quality... However, the phrase ‘Mao Sui recommending himself’ seems to 1 this”。
