3. 语法小贴士（本课语言重点 · 形容词比较级和最高级）：

① 比较级和最高级的构成：比较级用于两者之间的比较，表示“比……更……”，一般在词尾加 -er（long→longer）；最高级用于三者或三者以上的比较，表示“最……”，一般在词尾加 -est（long→longest），且最高级前通常要加 the。例：The Changjiang River is longer than the Yellow River.（长江比黄河长。）It is the longest river in China.（它是中国最长的河流。）

② 比较级常用句型：A + be + 比较级 + than + B。例：The Changjiang River is longer than it.（长江比它长。）拓展：表示“比……长多少”可用“数字 + 单位 + 比较级 + than”。例：It is 836 kilometres longer than the Yellow River.

③ 最高级常用句型：A + be + the + 最高级 + in / of + 范围。例：The Nile in Africa is the longest river in the world.（非洲的尼罗河是世界上最长的河流。）拓展：one of the + 最高级 + 名词复数，意为“最……的……之一”。

④ 序数词 + 最高级：表示“第几……的”。例：No, it is the second longest.（不，它是第二长的。）

⑤ “基数词 + 量词 + 形容词”表示长、宽、高、深等。例：It's 5,464 kilometres long.（它有 5,464 公里长。）

⑥ 本课重点搭配：flow through（流经）；be important to（对……重要）；cultural development（文化发展）；around the world（世界各地）；throughout history（纵观历史）；one of the longest rivers（最长的河流之一）。
