The idea behind this activity is clear. It allows people to find someone with the same interests and it doesn’t take them much time. With dazi, people can enjoy activities more.
Ge Jinyuan is a student from Shandong. She likes having lunch with her meal dazi (饭搭子). “We love to share ideas on food,” says the girl. “If my meal dazi doesn’t come to school, I will be sad.”
“It takes a lot of time to make friends with others, but it doesn’t take much time to have dazi,” says Zhang Li, a student from Shanxi. Wu Min, another student, also has the comparable idea. 【答案】例文
How I learned to accept myself
I suppose that everyone has something they don’t like about themselves. As for me, I was not happy with my personality. I used to be shy and had a fear of talking with my classmates. So I was lonely.
Luckily, my English teacher changed my opinion. One day, my English teacher, Miss Chen, asked me to answer a question in class. With so many classmates looking at me, I couldn’t come up with any answer. It felt like a disaster. However, instead of being angry, she gave me a warm smile. After class, she encouraged me to take part in some school activities. With her help and support, I started to find that I could do very well. What’s more, I made a lot of friends with the same hobbies.
I learn everyone is special. Nothing is impossible as long as we try our best and stick to it.

She doesn’t want to spend too much time making friends, so having dazi is good for her. She feels deeply relaxed when she stays with her dazi.

B. They want to spend more time with others.

Have you ever heard of J. K. Rowling? She is a well-known British writer and has created the excellent Harry Potter books. Her books are loved by people of all ages around the world. Suddenly, his life changes — he goes to Hogwarts School, a world full of magic.
In the books, Harry makes two best friends: Hermione, a smart girl who loves reading, and Ron, a loyal (忠诚的) boy. Through their adventures, Harry and his friends learn the value of teamwork (团队合作) and courage. For example, they risk their lives to save others and never run away from danger.
