Losing both arms at the age of five didn’t break Li Lina’s spirit. Instead, it pushed her to work harder and live a wonderful life with her feet.
When Li Lina was a little girl, she lost her two arms in an accident. People around her felt sorry for her, but she didn’t see herself as an unlucky person. “I can do everything with my feet,” she always said.

As she grew older, she learned to do more things with her feet: brushing teeth, washing clothes, cooking, and even typing on a computer. She never asked for special treatment at school. She finished all her homework on her own and always got good grades.
Now Li Lina is studying in college. She wants to be a psychologist (心理学家) in the future to help more people who are in trouble. “Difficulties may come to your life, but they don’t have to break you,” she said. “As long as you have a strong will and never give up, you can always find a way to shine.”

根据文章第二段“For example, if a student fails a test, a positive student will find out what went wrong and study harder. A negative student may just feel bad and give up.”
根据文章第三段“Studies show that happy people are usually healthier. When we think positively, our bodies make things that can keep us away from illness. For example, happy patients often recover faster.”
根据文章第四段“When we have negative thoughts, we should tell ourselves positive things. For example, don’t say ‘I can’t do it.’”

根据前句“he feels tired the next day”,空后搭配介词on,指向课堂上和学习相关的状态。
根据后句“They choose his clothes, decide what he eats, and even pick his after-school activities”,这些行为都属于替他人做选择、做决定。
look for“寻找”、deal with“处理”、hear about“听说”均无法表达“固守自身想法”的含义,和语境不匹配。
because“因为”、since“自从/因为”、after“在……
