①外貌层:face lit up、eyes sparkling、cheeks burning、jaw dropped;②动作层:lowered his head、shook his fist、hugged his doll、danced around;③生理层:heart pounding、palms sweating、legs trembling、blood rushing to the face。
be overwhelmed with(被……淹没);be flooded with(充满);boil with rage(怒火中烧);tremble with fear(因恐惧发抖);beam with joy(喜形于色);burst into tears(放声大哭);a wave of...(一阵……);a mixture of...(交织的……)。
So + adj. + was sb that...、Never had sb been so...
His despair drained away and he was wild with joy.
1. So frightened was Neil that 为部分倒装,助动词 was 须提前,不能写成 So frightened Neil was that。
2. 独立主格结构中,情绪名词与 doing 构成主动关系,如 shame washing over her face。
3. be overwhelmed with 与 be overwhelmed by 均可,但后接情绪名词时多用 with。
5. feel a sense of

积极情绪句与消极情绪句须成对储备:喜悦(heart filled with joy)对应悲伤(sadness engulfed me);自豪(head held high)对应羞愧(blood rush to her face);宽慰(breathed a sigh of relief)对应惊恐(froze with shock)。
face lit up(面露喜色)、eyes shining with excitement(双眼放光)、palms sweating(手心冒汗)、legs trembling(双腿发抖)、froze with shock(惊呆)、jaw dropped(目瞪口呆)、face hot with shame(脸发烫)、tears streamed down(泪流满面),八项覆盖绝大多数情绪场景。
Deeply moved by his words, I...;②with 复合结构:with her eyes shining with excitement;③独立主格:Tears filling her eyes, she...。
The moment..., ...(一……就……);So + adj. + was sb that...(某人如此……以至于……);With + 情绪名词 + doing...(伴随情绪);A wave of...welled up in sb's heart(一阵……涌上心头);breathed a sigh of relief(松了一口气)。
2. So ashamed was she that 为部分倒装,助动词须提前。
3. with 复合结构中,宾语与 doing 为主动关系,与 done 为被动关系,如 with tears streaming down(主动)、with the door locked(被动)。
4. well up 表“涌出、涌现”,主语多为 tears、joy、gratitude 等。
6. be unmoved(无动于衷)与 be moved(被感动)语义相反,不可混用。
